The mounting bracket comprises a first leg configured to engage a bottom surface of the storage container, and a second leg configured to engage a side surface of the storage container. The second leg comprises a wheel coupling. The wheel adapter also includes a wheel rotatably connected to the wheel coupling. The wheel is constructed and arranged for rotation about an axis to provide rolling support of the storage container on the ground.
EXTERNAL FRAME LUGGAGE WITH FOLD-OUT COMPUTER CASE
An external frame for use with a piece of luggage having a fold-out computer case or detachable bag connection frame that has the ability to lay flat and can easily be removed with one hand in preparation for inspection through an X-Ray machine and other inspection machines.
Detachable wheel assembly for wheeled cases
This invention is directed toward a wheel assembly that can easily be attached and detached from a case such that the case can be wheeled when needed, but have the wheels removed for storage or transportation in a vehicle or plane. The wheel assembly comes in three partsan axel, two wheels, and two wheel mountsso it is simple to assembly, and because it has no moving parts, it is solid and durable.
Detachable wheel assembly for wheeled cases
This invention is directed toward a wheel assembly that can easily be attached and detached from a casespecifically in a preferred embodiment an SKB 3i series casesuch that the case can be wheeled when needed, but have the wheels removed for storage or transportation in a vehicle or plane. The wheel assembly comes in three partsan axel, two wheels, and two wheel mountsso it is simple to assembly, and because it has no moving parts, it is solid and durable.
SUITCASE AND SUITCASE ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a suitcase, including a case body and a plurality of wheel assemblies. The case body has a cuboid shape and includes a front portion, a rear portion, a plurality of top cylindrical projections, at least one bottom tubular projection, and four sidewalls. The rear portion is connected to the front portion. The top cylindrical projections are on the rear portion and protrude outwardly. The bottom tubular projection is on the rear portion and protrudes outwardly in the opposite direction of the top cylindrical projections. The sidewalls surround the bottom tubular projection. There is a space between the bottom tubular projection and the sidewalls. The wheel assemblies are connected to the case body by closely engaged the wheel assemblies to the top cylindrical projections, or by closely engaged the wheel assemblies in the space.
Closure mechanism for portable coolers
A closure mechanism for locking a lid of a storage receptacle, such as a portable cooler, in a closed position. The closure mechanism includes an elongated rail attached to an outer surface of the storage receptacle. The closure mechanism further includes a flexible member having a first end fixedly attached to the lid of the storage receptacle. Disposed on the second end of the flexible member is a catch having a first tab and a second tab. The first tab and the second tab are each configured and dimensioned to selectively engage channels in the elongated rail.
Protective Case or Cover
Case for containing an item and method of manufacture comprising: a first panel having a perimeter edge and at least one hinge for folding the first panel. A second panel having a perimeter edge and at least one hinge for folding the second panel. A side panel. A first fastener configured to attach the side panel to the perimeter edge of the first panel. A second fastener configured to attach the side panel to the perimeter edge of the second panel. Method of manufacture of a layered material comprising the steps of: placing a substrate between a first and a second layer of self-reinforced polypropylene (srPP). Bonding the layers of srPP and substrate by: stitching, or riveting through the first layer of srPP, the substrate and the second layer of srPP; or gluing the first layer of srPP, the substrate and the second layer of srPP together.
MOVING MECHANISM, MOBILE CARRIER, AND LUGGAGE
A moving mechanism configured to be assembled to an object to adjust a movement of the object is provided. The moving mechanism includes a bracket, a first wheel, a brake module, a control module, and a sensing module. The bracket is assembled to the object. The first wheel and the brake module are assembled to the bracket. The control module communicates with and drives the brake module. The sensing module communicates with the brake module, and the sensing module is configured to sense an orientation of the object. The control module adjusts a brake force of the brake module on the first wheel based on the orientation of the object.
LUGGAGE WITH REPLACEABLE WHEELS
A convertible luggage having a removable wheel assembly is disclosed. The convertible luggage includes a body with adaptors rotatably connected to the basement portion of the body. The adaptors have a solid cylindrical form-factor and are provided with a pair of sockets and pressable buttons along the side portions. Wheel assemblies removably connected to the adaptors are provided. The first end of the wheel assembly is fitted with a wheel and the second end of the wheel assembly comprises a connector having a hollow cylindrical form factor. The connector is provided with a pair of extrusions and a pair of openings along the side portions. The pair of extrusions provided on the connector locks into the pair of sockets provided on the adaptors, and the pair of openings provided on the connector locks into the pair of pressable buttons provided on the adaptors.
SNAP FIT CONNECTOR FOR USE WITH LUGGAGE ARTICLE COMPONENTS
A snap fit interlock for attaching a component of a luggage article may include a snap fitting connecting a luggage article component to a luggage shell, and a locking feature automatically limiting the disengagement of the snap fitting once the snap fitting is engaged. The snap fitting may engage and move the locking feature as the snap fitting is moved in an insertion direction during attachment of the luggage article component to the luggage shell. The locking feature may disengage from the snap fitting when the snap fitting engages the luggage shell. A portion of the locking feature may be automatically positioned between the snap fitting and the luggage article component to limit disconnection of the snap fitting once engaged.
