LUBRICATING OIL COMPOSITION
A lubricating oil composition which achieves extended anti-shudder durability without causing a decrease in the metal-to-metal friction coefficient, even when the viscosity of the composition is reduced. The lubricating oil composition includes (A) a lubricant base oil, (C) (C-1) a succinimide compound or boronated succinimide compound having a weight-average molecular weight of 4,000 to 7,000, (C-2) a succinimide compound or boronated succinimide compound having a weight-average molecular weight of more than 7,000 to 10,000, and (D) a phosphorus-based extreme pressure agent, the lubricating oil composition does not include zinc dithiophosphate and may optionally include a sulfur-based extreme pressure agent, provided that the content of sulfur-based extreme pressure agent is no more than 0.1 percent by weight of the lubricating oil composition.

A window lifter assembly for adjusting a window pane comprising a rail defining a track, a slider coupled to and configured to translate along the track to move the window pane, a pulley rotatably coupled the rail, and a cable wound around the pulley and operatively connected to the slider so that movement of the cable rotates the pulley and moves the window pane, wherein the pulley is provided with an anti-friction coating that is configured to form a bearing surface between the pulley and an untreated portion of the rail.
Lubricant Compositions For Direct Injection Engines
The invention is directed to a method for reducing low speed pre-ignition events in a spark-ignited direct injection internal combustion engine by supplying to the sump a lubricant composition which contains an oil of lubricating viscosity and a metal overbased detergent. The metal overbased detergent may be selected from sulfonate detergents, phenate detergents, and salicylate detergents, especially sulfonate detergents with a metal ratio of at least 5.

A lubricating oil composition including: a lubricating base oil; (A) a dispersant poly(meth)acrylate compound having a weight average molecular weight of 30,000 to 200,000 in an amount of 1 to 10 mass % on the basis of the total mass of the composition; and (B) a non-dispersant poly(meth)acrylate compound having a weight average molecular weight of 15,000 to 100,000 in an amount of no more than 15 mass % on the basis of the total mass of the composition, wherein the ratio MA/MB of the amount MA of the component (A) to the amount MB of the component (B) is 0.05 to 1; and the ratio MwB/MwA of the weight average molecular weight MwB of the component (B) to the weight average molecular weight MwA of the component (A) is 0.05 to 2.
LUBRICANT ADDITIVE AND PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
It is an object of this invention to provide a lubricant additive applicable integrally to all of different types of lubricants for various applications. A lubricant additive adapted to be blended to a lubricating oil, which is characterized by comprising a synthesized base oil of the polyolester type, the content of which to be contained in the lubricant additive is in a range of from 30.0 w/w % to 60.0 w/w %, calcium sulfonate containing calcium carbonate formed in the calcite crystal structure, the content of which to be contained in the lubricant additive is in a range of from 5.0 w/w % to 30.0 w/w %, a poly-alpha-olefin oligomer, an anti-oxidant of the zinc dithiophosphate type, succinimide, an extreme pressure agent of the thiadiazole type and an anti-oxidant of the phenol type, is provided.

The invention provides a grease composition for rolling bearings that can exhibit improved bearing life that can secure the low noise performance under high temperature conditions, and a rolling bearing where the above-mentioned grease composition is enclosed.
