Conveyor lubricants including emulsions and methods employing them
The present disclosure relates to conveyor lubricant compositions including an emulsion. The present disclosure also relates to methods of employing such lubricant compositions. In an embodiment, the methods include applying the present lubricant composition to a conveyor with a non-energized nozzle. In an embodiment, the methods include applying the present lubricant composition in a semi-dry mode.
Composition, method and use
The present invention is directed to aqueous compositions with wax and graphene. These compositions offer surprising benefits in reducing bicycle or motorbike chain lengthening, particularly in off road environments with high dirt and water levels such as during mountain biking or off-road biking. The invention is further directed to a method of preparing such compositions and to the use of such compositions on bicycle or motorbike chains.

Lubricant base oil and lubricating oil composition
A lubricant base oil composed of an ester. The ester includes a component (A) derived from trimethylolpropane in a molar percentage A.sub.mol % of 25 to 42 mol %; components (B) derived from monovalent straight-chain saturated fatty acids each having a carbon number of 8 to 12 in a molar percentage B.sub.mol % of 33 to 55 mol %: and a component (C) derived from adipic acid in a molar ratio C.sub.mol % of 12 to 34 mol %. The components (B) include lauric acid in a molar percentage of 5 to 50 mol %, and (B.sub.COOH+C.sub.COOH)/A.sub.OH is 0.90 to 1.02. A.sub.OH represents a hydroxyl equivalent of the component (A), B.sub.COOH represents a carboxyl group equivalent of the components (B); and C.sub.COOH represents a carboxyl group equivalent of the component (C).
Dry lubricator for plastic and stainless steel surfaces
A dry lubricant for conveyor belts and other surfaces set for lubricating through direct application via a nozzle is disclosed. Lubricants including a homogeneous mixture of fatty acids, a hydrocarbon such as a mineral oil, a sorbitan ester, and a polyglycol, which are substantially-free of water are disclosed. Methods of using the lubricants in dry and semi-dry modes are further disclosed.
Method and composition for an anion tolerant lubricant
The presently disclosed subject matter Is directed to formulations for lubricating a conveyor belt used in beverage packaging. One of the disclosed lubricant compositions comprises water, at least one amphoteric surfactant, at least one anionic surfactant and at least one non-ionic surfactant. Also disclosed is a system for applying a lubricant to a conveyor belt and a method for lubricating a conveyor belt.
Image forming device
As a lubricant present between a transfer belt for transferring a print sheet and a platen plate on a rear side thereof and bringing the both into close contact, a lubricant containing 70 weight % or more of a fatty acid ester solvent with carbon number in a molecule of 20 or more and 34 or less is used so as to reduce sliding between the transfer belt and the platen plate and sliding resistance generated between the transfer belt for transferring the print sheet and an auxiliary plate arranged along this.
Novel Ester Compounds, Method for the Preparation Thereof and Use Thereof
Ester compounds, such as for use in a lubricant, are based on di-, tri- or higher functional carboxylic acids according to formula (I)

LUBRICANT COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR USING THE SAME
A lubricant composition with improved stability and tolerance for water hardness comprises a synthetic wax emulsion; an amine derivative; an emulsifier; and a sequestrant. The synthetic wax emulsion may include poly(ethyleneoxide)-based or poly(propyleneoxide)-based wax emulsions. The amine derivative may include alkyl C.sub.12-C.sub.14 oxy propyl diamine. The lubricant composition can be used for lubricating the passage of a container along a conveyor. The method includes applying the lubricant composition to at least a part of the container or the conveyor in an application cycle, where the application cycle includes a first period of time of dispensing the lubricant composition and a second period of time of not dispensing the lubricant composition.
