SLIDING MEMBER
One aspect of the disclosure relates to a sliding member. The sliding member includes: a first sliding portion having a first lubricant placed between first parts of a first friction sliding mechanism; a second sliding portion having a second lubricant placed between second parts of a second friction sliding mechanism; and a third sliding portion having a third lubricant placed between third parts of a third friction sliding mechanism. The first sliding portion is in contact with the third lubricant, and the second sliding portion is not in contact with the third lubricant. The second lubricant contains an additive containing conductive carbon, and the third lubricant contains no conductive carbon. The second lubricant contains a relatively larger amount of the conductive carbon than the first lubricant.
Lubricating grease of polyurea/high base number calcium sulfonate composite
The invention discloses a lubricating grease with thixotropy and a preparation method thereof. The lubricating grease comprises a polyurea/high base number calcium sulfonate composite thickener, colloidally dispersed calcium carbonate solid particles in the form of calcite, a calcium borate or calcium borate composite, and a calcium soap of fatty acid having 12 to 24 carbon atoms. The above components are uniformly dispersed in an oil phase medium. The content of high base number calcium sulfonate in the lubricating grease is less than 22 wt %, and the lubricating grease has a worked cone penetration of 295 or less.
Paper ball-like graphene microsphere, composite material thereof, and preparation method therefor
The present invention provides a paper ball-like graphene microsphere, a composite material thereof, and a preparation method therefor. Such paper ball-like graphene microspheres are obtained by chemically reducing graphene oxide microspheres to slowly remove oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of the graphene oxide to avoid the volume expansion caused by rapid removal of the groups, thereby maintaining a tight bond between graphene sheets without separation; and removing the remaining small number of oxygen-containing functional groups and repairing defect structures in the graphene oxide sheets by means of high temperature treatment, such that the graphene structure becomes perfect at an ultrahigh temperature (2500 to 3000° C.), thereby further improving the bonding ability between the graphene sheets in the microspheres and achieving a dense structure.
PHOTOLUMINESCENT LUBRICATING GREASE COMPOSITION, PHOTOLUMINESCENT MATERIAL AND THE PREPARATION METHODS THEREOF
A silole derivative is of formula (I):
##STR00001## each of the groups in the above formula is defined as those in the description. The silole derivative of formula (I) has aggregation-induced emission performance, and is particularly applicable in luminescent parts and devices, fluorescent probes, biological imaging, lubricating oils and greases. A lubricating grease composition has photoluminescence performance, as well as one or more of advantageous anti-oxidation properties, anti-wear properties, extreme pressure properties and anti-rust properties. It is applicable in many mechanical equipment in electrical industry, metallurgical industry, food industry, paper industry, automobile industry and aircraft industry.
LUBRICATING OIL OR GREASE WITH ANTI-WEAR, ANTI-FRICTION AND STABLE DISPERSION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to an anti-wear, anti-friction and stably-dispersed lubricating oil or grease, and the anti-wear, anti-friction and stably-dispersed lubricating oil or grease includes a main component of a lubricating oil or grease and a long carbon chain-grafted sulfonated graphene, the preparation method of which includes mixing a main component of a lubricating oil or grease with a long carbon chain-grafted sulfonated graphene, stirring and dispersing the mixture to obtain the product. The lubricating oil or grease in the present disclosure can significantly improve the long-term dispersion stability and dispersion stability in a complex environment by adding a long carbon chain-grafted sulfonated graphene in the main component, and at the same time can significantly improve the friction coefficient, which can significantly improve the anti-wear and anti-friction properties of the lubricating oil or grease, reduce the diameter of wear scars, and reduce the wear of copper and iron.
LUBRICATING OILS AND GREASES
A lubricating oil composition comprises an amide and at least one additive. A lubricating grease composition comprises a liquid amide, a thickener comprising a metal soap, and at least one additive. The amide in each composition is the reaction product of a secondary, branched amine and a carboxylic acid. The carboxylic acid may be a monocarboxylic acid or a dicarboxylic acid, including dimer acid. The amide is hydrolytically stable, and may be used to increase the hydrolytic stability of the lubricant oil or grease composition. Alternatively, the amide may be used to increase the additive solubility or detergency of the lubricant oil or grease composition.
Grease composition for resin lubrication and sliding member having sliding surface made of resin
The invention provides a grease composition for lubrication of a sliding surface made of resin, including a fluorine-based base oil and a synthetic hydrocarbon oil as a base oil; a fluorine-based thickener, and a lithium soap thickener or a lithium complex soap thickener as a thickener; and an extreme pressure additive as an additive. The invention also provides a sliding member including a sliding surface made of a resin wherein the grease composition for lubrication is applied to the sliding surface made of a resin.
Grease composition
A grease composition containing a base oil and a calcium complex soap as a thickening agent, wherein a C18-22 straight chain, substituted or unsubstituted higher fatty acid; a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic monocarboxylic acid having a benzene ring; a C2-4 straight-chain saturated lower fatty acid; and a substituted or unsubstituted saturated dicarboxylic acid are used as carboxylic acids constituting the calcium complex soap.
LUBRICANT COMPOSITION WITH A COMBINATION OF PARTICLES
The present invention relates to a lubricant composition comprising at least one graphite particle and at least one polytetrafluoroethylene particle.
