Container for storing and consuming a food product
A container and a method for storing and consuming a food product are disclosed. The container includes a base. The container includes first accordion-pleated extending from the base and forming an interior with the base. The container includes second accordion-pleated walls extending from the first accordion-pleated walls. The second accordion-pleated walls form an opening. The first accordion-pleated walls and the second accordion-pleated walls expand or collapse under the action of a substantial force. The first accordion-pleated walls receive a food product into the interior through the opening. The first accordion-pleated walls expand or collapse while storing the food product in the interior and the second accordion-pleated walls expand to retain the food product within the interior. The second accordion-pleated walls collapse, and the first accordion-pleated walls collapse under the action of the substantial force to push the food product for consumption by a user through the opening from the interior. The second accordion-pleated walls include handles for transporting the container.
COMPRESSION AND EXPANSION LOCKING DEVICE FOR LUGGAGE AND LUGGAGE CONTAINING SAME
A compression-expansion locking device for an article of luggage and an expandable article of luggage comprising one or more such devices is disclosed. In one embodiment, the device comprises a housing member having two or more columns of parallel housing teeth protruding from an inside surface, and a ratchet member movably disposed over the inside surface and comprising complimentary protruding teeth to releasably engage the housing teeth and a release projection disposed in a slot extending along the axial direction of the ratchet member. A release member slidaby disposed within the slot comprises an internal camming surface which when pulled over the release projection by the users urges the ratchet teeth away from the housing teeth to permit movement between the housing and ratchet members. A release button which can be engaged, e.g., by a user's thumb, can be connected to the release member to permit further convenient one-handed operation.
ROLLING COLLAPSIBLE TRAVEL LUGGAGE
A rolling luggage bag includes a cover fixedly coupled to a base, the base including a first side opposite a second side and a bottom face extending there between, wherein the cover comprises a plurality of panels, arranged in a direction away from the base, wherein the plurality of panels defines an interior chamber, the interior chamber comprising an internal cover fixedly attached to the panels of the fifth panel zone, a first wheel and a second wheel coupled to the base, the first and second wheels configured to rotate about an axis of rotation and separated by a first distance along the axis of rotation, at least a portion of each of the first and second wheels projecting from the first side and from the bottom face, and a third wheel and a fourth wheel coupled to the bottom face, the third and fourth wheels configured to independently swivel about a respective swivel axis and separated by a second distance extending between the swivel axes. When the rolling luggage is in an upright position, the first, second, third, and fourth wheels all contact a surface the luggage bag stands on.
Container
A food container has a container bottom and a container lid. The container bottom has a base and walls upstanding from the base to define a container bottom interior. The container lid has a top cover and side edges and the top cover overlies the base when the lid is in closed connection with the bottom. The top cover includes an elastically deformable portion and an inelastic portion. Each of the elastically deformable portion and the inelastic portion overlies different portions of the base when the lid is in closed connection with the bottom. The elastically deformable portion facilitates accommodation of an item within the container bottom interior that rests on the base that underlies the elastically deformable portion and that extends into contact with the elastically deformable portion as the lid is shifted into closed connection with the bottom by deforming elastically outwardly away from the base.
SUITCASE
The technology concerns a suitcase. More particularly the disclosure is directed to a collapsible suitcase.
Expandable Container
Provided are an expandable container, an expandable frame assembly, and associated components and methods. The expandable frame assembly for an expandable container may expand in at least two dimensions. The assembly may include a plurality of frame members configured to move relative to each other, a plurality of sizing members, and an adjustment mechanism operably coupled to the plurality of sizing members. Each of the plurality of sizing members may be connected to at least one of the plurality of frame members. The adjustment mechanism may be configured to move the plurality of sizing members between a first configuration and a second configuration. The first configuration may define a different distance between the plurality of frame members than the second configuration.
EXPANDABLE BAG AND AN APPARATUS FOR EXPANDING A BAG
The present invention relates to a bag capable of being expanded by mechanical manipulation of a plurality of collapsible rigid walls and temporary fixation thereof using a support element connected thereto.
Backpack with pop up frame
A backpack system is provided including an external frame, and a separate pack bag. The external frame may include at least one adjustable pole member, wherein the at least one adjustable pole member has a height that is adjustable between a daypack position and an extended position, wherein the extended position is higher than the daypack position. The pack bag can have an adjustable height so that it can be configured complementary to the height of the adjustable pole members. The backpack system may include a sling configured for extending between the frame and pack bag providing a space between the frame and pack bag for accommodating heavy or bulky cargo therebetween. The sling can be extended or retracted in order to selectively adjust the distance between the pack bag and frame.
Luggage with Pocket
A luggage system can include a rear shell housing defining a rear storage area enclosed around a perimeter of the luggage system and a back of the luggage system and a front frame housing defining a front storage area enclosed around the perimeter of the luggage system with a hinge connecting the rear shell housing to the front frame housing to enclose the rear storage area and the front storage area together when the luggage system is in a closed configuration. The luggage system can include a front panel connected to a front of the luggage system along an axis defined by an edge of the front panel, wherein the front frame housing is configured to permit the front panel to be substantially flush with a front surface of the luggage system when the front panel is in a closed configuration.
