COOL-FEELING IMPARTED FOOD PRODUCT
A food product capable of providing a cool feeling inside the mouth when eaten; a production method of the food product; and a method for providing a cool feeling in a variety of food products. The food product has a cool feeling and containing 0.1%-99% by mass tricaprin relative to the total mass of the food product including the tricaprin. This food product may be a cake, bread, cookies, fish paste products, chocolate, powdered chocolate, or cream.
OLIGOESTER AND COSMETIC CONTAINING SAID OLIGOESTER
An oligoester is obtained by subjecting the following to an esterification reaction: component (A), a glycerin; component (B), a dicarboxylic acid having 2-12 carbon atoms; and component (C), one or more types of fatty acid selected from the group consisting of caprylic acid, ethylhexanoic acid, isononanoic acid, isopalmitic acid and isostearic acid. The esterification reaction involves esterifying 0.65-0.8 moles of the component (B) and 1.2-1.7 moles of the component (C) relative to 1 mole of the component (A). The oligoester has an acid value of 5 mgKOH/g or less, a saponification value of 420-510 mgKOH/g and a hydroxyl value of 60 mgKOH/g or less.
COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING METATHESIZED UNSATURATED POLYOL ESTERS
Disclosed are petrolatum-like compositions that include metathesized unsaturated polyol esters. Also disclosed are emulsions that include metathesized unsaturated polyol esters. The petrolatum-like compositions may be used as substitutes for petroleum-based petrolatum. The emulsions may be water-in-oil or oil-in-water emulsions and may be suitable for a variety of end uses.
POWDERED FAT/OIL COMPOSITION, FOOD INCLUDING POWDERED FAT/OIL COMPOSITION, AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING SAME
An object of the present invention is to provide a powdered fat and/or oil composition, a food containing the powdered fat and/or oil composition, and methods for producing these. Specifically, provided are a fat and/or oil composition containing 65 to 99% by mass of a XXX triglyceride and 35 to 1% by mass of X2Y triglycerides, a powdered fat and/or oil composition obtained from the fat and/or oil composition, a food containing the powdered fat and/or oil composition, and methods for producing these.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRIGLYCERIDE MANUFACTURE
A method can include receiving an oxygenate sample, fractioning the oxygenate sample into one or more fractions, and separating the fractions (e.g. using FAME fractionation, FAEE fractionation, crystallization, solvent extraction, or other similar methods). The fractions can optionally be separated independently. The method can optionally include esterifying carboxylic acids separated from the fractions with glycerol and deodorizing the glycerides.

BIO-DERIVED COMPOSITION FOR DUST CONTROL
Bio-derived glycerides formed from a reaction between waste glycerol and biodegradable or bio-derived fatty acid esters such as crude biodiesel or soybean oil triglycerides are useful as dust suppressants.
Purification method for biological feedstock
The present disclosure is related to an apparatus and method for purification of biological feedstock, such as reducing or removing nitrogen containing compounds therein. The method can include subjecting the feedstock to a first separation step for obtaining a first fraction containing free fatty acids and nitrogen containing compounds, and collecting the residue containing acylglycerols. The first fraction is reacted with glycerol to obtain acylglycerols from the free fatty acid therein. This fraction is subjected to a second separation step for obtaining a second fraction containing nitrogen containing compounds, which is discharged as waste-product. The remains from the second separation contain formed acylglycerols and are collected.
LIQUID OR SEMI-SOLID FAT FORMULATIONS
A fat formulation can include triglycerides that include saturated fatty acids with carbon chain lengths between 4 and 24 carbon atoms long, wherein the fat formulation is a liquid or semi-solid at a temperature between 18-25 C. A fat formulation can additionally or alternatively include triglycerides comprising glycerol esterified with: odd carbon chain length, linear saturated fatty acids; even carbon chain length, linear saturated fatty acids; and unsaturated fatty acids. A method can include: optionally, receiving an unsaturated fatty acid; oxidizing hydrocarbons or oxygenates to form saturated fatty acids; selecting a distribution of saturated fatty acids from the formed saturated fatty acids; and esterifying glycerol with the unsaturated fatty acid and the distribution of saturated fatty acids to form a fat composition.
