DEFOAMING COMPOSITIONS FOR DETERGENTS
Effective defoamer compositions contain two different aryl-substituted organopolysiloxanes and filler particles, and show high defoaming capability.
Gel comprising a lamellar phase composition comprising a glycerol and dipropyleneglycol solvent
The present invention relates to gels comprising lamellar phase compositions and water-soluble unit dose articles comprising said gels.
Cleaning formulations and methods of use thereof
Cleaning formulations and methods of use thereof are described. Embodiments of the cleaning formulation comprise (a) an effective amount of citrus based compounds and mixtures thereof; (b) an effective amount of a surfactant selected from primary and secondary nonionic surfactants, co-surfactants and mixtures thereof; (c) an effective amount of a wetting agent; (d) an effective amount of an emulsifier; and (e) optimally, an effective amount of an environmental impurity resistance mixture with an effective amount of soy bean, palm and coconut derived surfactants. Embodiments are particularly effective, mild and non-hazardous for cleaning solar panels, glass, glass composites, polymers and the like.
Color-Protecting Detergents
Oligo(-amino ester)s, obtainable by aza-Michael addition of primary monoamines or primary or secondary diamines to diesters from monoethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acids and diols, is included in a surfactant-containing aqueous detergent solutions in order to prevent the transfer of textile dyes from colored textiles to uncolored textiles or textiles of other colors when washing textiles in the detergent solutions.
Composition for treating surface of substrate, method and device
Treatment compositions and methods of treating the surface of a substrate by using the treatment composition, and a semiconductor or MEMS substrate having the treatment composition thereon.
Concentrated detergent composition for the improved removal of starch in warewashing applications
The invention provides a concentrated detergent composition comprising alkali metal carbonate, alkali metal percarbonate, and a peroxidation catalyst according to formula (I) [(L.sub.pM.sub.q).sub.nX.sub.r]Y.sub.s, wherein each L independently is an organic ligand containing at least three nitrogen atoms that coordinate with the metal M; M is Mn or Fe; each X independently is a coordinating or bridging group selected from the group consisting of H.sub.2O, OH.sup., SH.sup., HO.sub.2.sup., O.sup.2, O.sub.2.sup.2, S.sup.2, F.sup., Cl.sup., Br.sup., I.sup., NO.sub.3.sup., NO.sub.2.sup., SO.sub.4.sup.2, SO.sub.3.sup.2, PO.sub.4.sup.3, N.sub.3.sup., CN.sup., NR.sub.3, NCS.sup., RCN, RS.sup., RCO.sub.2.sup., RO.sup., and ##STR00001##
with R being hydrogen or a C.sub.1 to C.sub.6 alkyl group; p is an integer from 1 to 4; q is an integer from 1 to 2; r is an integer from 0 to 6; Y is a counter ion; and s is the number of counter ions. The invention also relates to the use of said concentrated detergent composition as a warewashing detergent for the removal of starch soil.
Process for defoaming aqueous compositions containing surfactants
Efficient defoamer and foam prevention formulations contain an organopolysiloxane defoamer and an efficiency promoting waxy -ketocarbonyl-functional organosilicon compound. The compositions also preferably contain a filler and a silicone resin, and are highly efficient in surfactant-containing aqueous systems such as detergents and cleaners.
METHOD OF REMOVING AN UNWANTED CONSTITUENT FROM A SURFACE, A METHOD OF DETERMINING THE CLEANLINESS OF A HARD SURFACE, AND A MULTI-FUNCTIONAL COMPOSITION THAT INCLUDES HYDROPHILIC SILANE
A method of removing an unwanted constituent from a siliceous surface in which the method includes contacting the siliceous surface and the unwanted constituent with a multi-functional composition that includes water, a hydrophilic silane, and a surfactant, and drying the surface.
WASHING OR CLEANING AGENT FOR REDUCING MALODORS
A washing or cleaning agent that has MOFs (metal organic frameworks) in order to reduce offensive odor, a method for reducing malodors, and the use of MOFs to reduce malodors.
