Enhanced peroxygen stability in multi-dispense TAED-containing peroxygen solid
Stabilized compositions employing a sequestrant system and a binding system for improving shelf stability and dispensing stability of a solid activated bleach composition are disclosed. The compositions contain a peroxygen source and a catalyst activator which require generation of a peroxycarboxylic acid or other active oxygen sanitizing agent at a point of use. Stabilized compositions employ a sequestrant system including a phosphonic acid and/or dipicolinic acid sequestrant and a binding system comprising an anionic surfactant for a solid formulation of a catalyst activator and peroxygen source to provide shelf stability and dispensing stability for a activated bleach composition. Methods of formulating and use are further disclosed.
Automatic Dishwashing Composition Comprising Metal Corrosion Inhibitors and Bleaches
An automatic dishwashing product comprising a bleaching agent and a compound in accordance with formula (1) or a salt or tautomer thereof, wherein A and B are independently selected from the group consisting of H, OR.sup.1, and NHR.sup.2, wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are independently selected from the group consisting of H and C.sub.1-C.sub.4 alkyl, with the proviso that A and B are not both H and are not both OH.
Detergent compositions and uses thereof
The present invention relates to polypeptides having hexosaminidase activity, and polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides. The invention also relates to nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as methods of producing and using the polypeptides.
WATER-SOLUBLE FILM AND PACKAGE
[Problem to be solved] To provide a water-soluble film having good transparency and good releasability from a support with less surfactant content.
[Solution] A water-soluble film containing a polyvinyl alcohol resin and surfactant, wherein a content of the surfactant is 0.005 to 1 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyvinyl alcohol resin, and a ratio S(0)/S(32) of an abundance amount S(0) of the surfactant on at least one surface of the water-soluble film to an abundance amount S(32) of the surfactant on a cross-section surface at a depth of 32 nm from the at least one surface of the water-soluble film, measured by a count number of fragment ions derived from the surfactant detected by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry on the at least one surface of the water-soluble film, is in the range of 100 to 500.
DRAIN TREATMENT
A method of treating a drainage system includes puncturing, by a controller, a pod retained by a pod housing, wherein the pod contains a drain treatment compound, and introducing, by the controller, water from a water supply to the pod retained by the pod housing to deliver the drain treatment compound dispersed in the water to a drain.
METHOD OF LAUNDERING FABRIC
A method of laundering fabric including the steps of: (a) contacting a detergent composition including: (i) detersive surfactant; (ii) phenolic antioxidant (iii) percarbonate; (iv) optionally, a bleach activator capable of forming C.sub.1-C.sub.11 alkyl substituted peroxycarboxylic acid; and (iv) hueing dye, with water to form a wash liquor including from 60 ppm to 2750 ppm detersive surfactant, from 0.1 ppm to 200 ppm phenolic antioxidant, from 10 ppm to 3000 ppm percarbonate, optionally from 2 ppm to 1000 ppm bleach activator, and from 0.005 to 500 pm hueing dye, and from 0.001 ppm to 10.0 ppm iron, and having a pH in the range of from greater than 7.0 to 12.0; (b) contacting fabric with the wash liquor; and (c) laundering the fabric.
Bleach activator having a cationic group and washing or cleaning agent containing same
The present invention relates to compounds which form, under perhydrolysis conditions, certain cationic organic peracids, to the use of said compounds for activating peroxygen compounds in the context of bleaching stains when washing textiles and cleaning hard surfaces, and to washing and cleaning agents that contain said compounds.
Chemical liquid, chemical liquid container, and method for treating substrate
The present invention provides a chemical liquid that has an excellent ruthenium dissolving ability and leaves small amounts of residual ruthenium and sodium, a chemical liquid container, and a method for treating a substrate. The chemical liquid according to an embodiment of the present invention is a chemical liquid used for removing a ruthenium-containing substance on a substrate. The chemical liquid contains hypochlorous acid or a salt thereof and bromic acid or a salt thereof, in which a content of the hypochlorous acid or a salt thereof is 0.1% to 9.0% by mass with respect to a total mass of the chemical liquid, and a content of the bromic acid or a salt thereof is 0.001 to 15.0 ppm by mass with respect to the total mass of the chemical liquid.
