Devices, Systems and Metods of Making and Using Chlorine Dioxide Based Formulation with Improved Stability
Disclosed are devices, systems, and methods for producing broad spectrum disinfectants, sanitizers, cleaner and deodorizers using chlorine dioxide compositions, and more particularly, to methods for producing chlorine dioxide compositions having improved long term stability by the proper choice of pH and through the careful choice of other product formula ingredients.
Cleaning composition
The present invention is in the field of cleaning compositions. In particular it relates to liquid, gelled or pasty cleaning compositions comprising one or more detergent surfactants. The invention provides cleaning compositions comprising water, one or more detergent surfactants and defibrillated primary cell wall material comprising microfibrils. The invention also relates to a method for preparing a cleaning composition comprising water, one or more detergent surfactants and defibrillated primary cell wall material comprising microfibrils, wherein the method includes a high shear treatment step.
METHOD OF MAKING SURFACTANT COMPOSITIONS AND DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates generally to methods of making surfactant compositions and detergent compositions.
Processes of making liquid detergent compositions that include zwitterionic surfactant
A process of making a liquid detergent composition includes the steps of providing a manufacturing line that includes, in series and in fluid communication, an upstream region, a confluence region, and a downstream region; providing a liquid base composition at the upstream region, where the liquid base composition includes at least one surfactant and at least one detergent adjunct; and combining the liquid base composition with a zwitterionic surfactant, such as amine oxide, in the confluence region, resulting in a detergent composition at the downstream region.
UNIT DOSE DETERGENT WITH ZINC RICINOLEATE
A unit dose detergent product including: a pouch made of a water soluble polymer, and a detergent composition encapsulated in the pouch, wherein the detergent composition includes: 0.2 to 5 wt. % of zinc ricinoleate (ZnR), 10 to 20 wt. % of a C.sub.2-C.sub.5 polyol; 5 to 30 wt. % of water; 5 to 25 wt. % of an alkali ethoxy alkyl sulfate surfactant; and 10 to 25 wt. % of an ethoxylated alcohol nonionic surfactant, and 1 to 10 wt. % of a third surfactant, wherein the third surfactant has a mean HLB of 2 to 10.
IMPROVEMENTS IN OR RELATING TO ORGANIC COMPOUNDS
The invention relates to stable dispersion of negatively-charged aminoplast microcapsules in non-suspending detergent compositions containing an anionic surfactant. The microcapsules are stably dispersed by means of a cationic polyampholyte, which is embedded in the shells of said microcapsules.
Biodegradable detergent composition
The present invention relates to a biodegradable detergent composition, which can contain viable cells or enzymes and acts as a replacement for the chemical detergents. The biodegradable detergent composition, comprising of: bio surfactant; polyols; biopolymer; organic acid; small chain peptide; essential oil; and stabilizers. The biodegradable detergent composition has a pH value of less than about 3.60, Titratable Acidity % between about 9.0-12.0, HLB value between about 14 to about 16.5, E24 value between about 73 and about 79. The biodegradable detergent composition has MALDI-TOF MS spectra in the m/z range from about 513.1 to about 2847.7 with peak mass value range from about 1375.8 m/z to about 2009.2 m/z. Further, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing the biodegradable detergent composition.
Unit Dose Detergent Packs With Anti-Yellowing And Anti-Efflorescence Formulations
Unit dose pack and methods for preventing efflorescence and yellowing of a wash composition for unit dose packs are provided. In accordance with one embodiment, a unit dose pack includes a wash composition and a film encapsulating the wash composition. The wash composition includes an ionic surfactant, water, sodium sulfite, and a chelating compound. The sodium sulfite is present in the wash composition at a concentration of from about 0.5 to about 3 weight percent, and the chelating compound is present in the wash composition at a concentration of from about 0.01 to about 1.5 weight percent, where weight percents are based on a total weight of the wash composition.
Method For Preparing A Liquid Washing Or Cleaning Agent Using A Preservative-Free Dye Solution
A continuous method for preparing a liquid washing or cleaning agent which includes at least one surfactant and at least one dye. In this case, the dye solution used in the method according to the invention is free of preservatives. The present invention also relates to washing or cleaning agents which are obtained by way of the method according to the invention.
EMULSION-TYPE WATER-BASED DETERGENT FOR OILY SLUDGE, PREPARATION METHOD AND USE METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses an emulsion-type water-based detergent for oily sludge, and a preparation method and use method thereof. The emulsion-type water-based detergent includes components in the following mass percentage contents: 2-10 parts of surfactant, 3-10 parts of oil-soluble component and the balance being aqueous phase, based on 100 parts by weight. The preparation method includes: stirring the surfactant, the oil-soluble component and the aqueous phase to mix uniformly to obtain a homogeneous and stable emulsion-type water-based detergent at room temperature. During use, the oily sludge is first mixed with the emulsion-type water-based detergent and stirred under a certain temperature; mixture is subjected to oil-water-solid three-phase separation after the washing is completed; and at last, solid phase is rinsed with hot water under the same temperature.
