Described herein are natural cleaning compositions comprising fermented fruit solutions, methods for making the same, and methods for using the same. The fermented fruit solutions can contain fruit, sugar and water. Further described herein are methods of making fermented fruit solutions for use with cleaning compositions. The fermented fruit solutions described herein can be used in cleaning compositions including laundry detergents, stain removers, fabric softeners, floor cleaners, bathroom cleaners, dishwashing products, kitchen cleaners, liquid soap, multi-purpose cleaners and the like.
Laundry detergent compositions including fermented fruit solutions
Described herein are laundry detergent compositions comprising fermented fruit solutions and natural based surfactants, methods for making the same, and methods for using the same. The fermented fruit solutions can contain fruit, sugar and water. The natural based surfactant can be selected from the group consisting of sodium lauryl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, alkyl polyglycoside, and mixtures thereof. The laundry detergent compositions can be used to clean articles, launder articles, and clean stains from articles.
Process for Ethoxylation of a Mixture of Straight Chain Fatty Alcohol and Branched Chain Fatty Alcohol in a Single Stage Reaction
The present disclosure relates to methods of forming a surfactant composition, the method comprising: combining a C.sub.12-14 aliphatic straight chain alcohol, and a C.sub.10 aliphatic branched chain alcohol in a single reaction vessel to provide an alcohol mixture. The C.sub.12-14 aliphatic straight chain alcohol and the C.sub.10 aliphatic branched chain alcohol may be combined in a ratio of from about 0.8:1 to 1.4:1. The alcohol mixture may be ethoxylated to provide a surfactant composition. As a measure of the detergent performance of the surfactant composition, a stained fabric subjected to a laundry wash trial with the surfactant composition may exhibit a reflectance at 460 nm that is within 5% of a reflectance observed at 460 nm on a stained fabric subjected to a laundry wash trial with a reference composition comprising a 1:1 physical mixture of ethoxylated alcohols.

PROCESSES FOR MAKING CONCENTRATED SURFACTANT BLENDS
Processes for forming alkyl alkoxylated sulfate anionic surfactant containing concentrated surfactant blends having reduced levels of dioxane by-product while still providing good stability, grease cleaning and sudsing, include first forming an alkyl alkoxylated alcohol stream in which the alkyl alkoxylated alcohol stream includes at least two different alkyl alkoxylated alcohols, which differ in degree of alkoxylation by no more than 0.5, and then sulfating and neutralizing the alkyl alkoxylated alcohol stream to form the alkyl alkoxylated sulfate anionic surfactant.
