The mold has an open top and is integral with the top wall of the housing. A heating element is coupled to the mold and is positioned in the interior space. The heating element is also positioned such that the heating element heats the mold when the heating element is activated.

Located on the housing, and adjacent to the heating compartment is a control member that adjusts the output of heat and operation of the heating element.
