One-pot synthesis of highly mechanical and recoverable double-network hydrogels
A method of forming a hybrid physically and chemically cross-linked double-network hydrogel with highly recoverable and mechanical properties in a single-pot synthesis is provided. The method comprises the steps of combining the hydrogel precursor reactants into a single pot. The hydrogel precursor reactants include water; a polysaccharide; a methacrylate monomer; an ultraviolet initiator; and a chemical crosslinker. Next the hydrogel precursor reactants are heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the polysaccharide and this temperature is retained until the polysaccharide is in a sol state. Then the single-pot is cooled to a temperature lower than the gelation point of the polysaccharide and this temperature is retained to form a first network. Thereafter, photo-initiated polymerization of the methacrylate monomer occurs via the ultraviolet initiator to form the second network.
BEVERAGE MAKER AND METHOD FOR MAKING BEVERAGE
A beverage maker apparatus including a fermentation tank having a space in which a beverage is made, a temperature sensor configured to detect a temperature of the fermentation tank, a temperature controller configured to control the temperature of the fermentation tank, and a controller configured to operate when yeast is put into the beverage that is being made so that a fermentation process comprising a pre-fermentation process of controlling the temperature controller on the basis of a first setting temperature and a main-fermentation process of controlling the temperature controller on the basis of a second setting temperature.

KEG CAP AND KEG INCLUDING KEG CAP
The present invention relates to a device and a method for manufacturing fermented beverage and, more specifically, to a device and a method for manufacturing fermented beverage, wherein handmade fermented beverage can be manufactured without expert knowledge and brewing equipment. An embodiment of the present invention may provide a fermented beverage manufacturing device comprising a flow channel module connected to a keg in which an undiluted solution is stored, wherein the flow channel module comprises: a undiluted solution flow channel provided such that an undiluted solution moves therethrough; a gas flow channel provided such that gas moves therethrough; a coupler provided to independently connect the inside of the keg to the undiluted solution flow channel and the gas flow channel when being coupled to a keg cap of the keg; an intermediate tank provided between the undiluted solution flow channel and the gas flow channel such that the undiluted solution flow channel communicates with the gas flow channel; and a pump provided on the undiluted solution flow channel.
Process For The Reutilization Of Yeast Biomass, With Separation Of Solids Prior To Distillation And Recovery Of Ethanol From Wet Cake, In The Integration Of Alcoholic Fermentations Of Sugarcane And Amylaceous Substrates And/Or For Amylaceous-Dedicated Distilleries
A process that provides for the reuse of yeast biomass used in the alcoholic fermentation of both sugarcane and corn in independent or integrated processes with steps of separation and reuse of solids prior to distillation and which are used in the process itself and in other industrial applications such as the production of high protein content (DDG/DDGS) ration, due to the alcohol recovery of the process, biodiesel, cell wall and yeast extract, as well as energy generation. The process also includes a drying step using indirect contact dryers operating with low pressure, non-noble vapors, such as plant vapor and exhaust vapor, and with the recovery of the ethanol contained in the wet cake.
