MASS PRODUCED, ALCOHOL-CONTAINING SPHERICAL BEAD WITH IMPROVED SHELF LIFE AND "POP"
A shelf stable, substantially spherical food product measuring about 4-20 mm in average diameter. The food product has a thin, outer gelatinous shell that is edible and makes a pop when bit into along with an alcohol-containing purely liquid center fully encased by the thin outer shell, said liquid center containing from about 2 to 40% alcohol by volume. Following its manufacture by extrusion, this food product is stored in a jar with an aqueous solution containing liquid alcohol additives. Until it is opened, the contents of that jar are suitable for at least one year. Once that jar is opened, this food product has a shelf life of at least about 3 months.
FLUID MIXING AND HEAT EXCHANGE DEVICE
Methods and systems are provided for mixing and heat exchange of fluids. In one example, a fluid mixing and heat exchange device includes a hot water tank, a mixing chamber spaced away from the hot water tank and fluidly coupled to a first liquid reservoir, a first chilling module fluidly coupled to the mixing chamber, a coolant tank fluidly coupled to the first chilling module, a radiator fluidly coupled to the coolant tank, and a dispensing manifold fluidly coupled to the mixing chamber and adapted to dispense a mixed and chilled fluid mixture to a plurality of fluid vessels.
Machine and process for producing a solid alcohol product
A process and apparatus for producing a solid, edible ethanol containing product which may be either a rubbery solid or a hard solid that is frozen about 24.8 F. (4 C.). The product contains agar and gelatin and the ethanol may be provided in the form of selected alcoholic beverages.
DEVICE AND METHODS FOR PREPARATION OF GELATIN-BASED PRODUCTS
A device for preparing a gelatin-based product may comprise a mix tank, a mix pod that is fluidly coupled to the mix tank via a pod spike, and a hot water tank, where the hot water tank is coupled to the mix pod via the pod spike. In at least one example, the pod spike may comprise an outer tube and an inner tube. In one or more examples, the pod spike of the device may comprise a hub, where a first end of the outer tube is coupled to the hub. Further, in some examples, a first end of the inner tube may also be coupled to the hub.
Frozen alcohol maker machine
At least one thermally conductive receptacle in thermal communication with the heat exchange engine, the thermally conductive receptacle is configured to receive and retain a volume of alcohol. The heat exchange engine is configured to extract heat from the thermally conductive receptacle and freeze solid the volume of alcohol when the volume of alcohol is received within the at least one thermally conductive receptacle. An extraction element is included and disposed within the housing, the extraction element configured to extract the frozen alcohol from the thermally conductive receptacle.
DEVICE FOR PREPARATION OF GELATIN-BASED PRODUCTS
Methods and systems are provided for preparing a gelatin-based product. In one example, a device for preparing the gelatin-based product includes a mixing chamber for mixing a gelatin based powder with one or more liquids to form a liquid gelatin mixture, a chilling module for cooling the mixture, and a dispensing system for serving the hardened mixture. In some examples, the device may include a first mixing chamber for mixing the gelatin based powder with heated water to form a first liquid mixture, a second mixing chamber for mixing the first liquid mixture with an alcoholic beverage to form a second liquid mixture, a first chilling module for cooling the second liquid mixture prior to dispensing the second liquid mixture, and a second cooling module for hardening the second liquid mixture after it has been dispensed into one or more serving cups.
Shaker system and method
A shaker for housing and dispensing food or drink items. The shaker has a top can sitting atop a bottom can. Each can contains a separate component. The top can is removed and its contents are added to the second can. This allows the user to control how much of the contents from the top can are added to the bottom can. A single multi-compartment vessel houses two separate ingredients and prevents their mixing.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING BEER
The invention relates to a method for producing beer from beer granulate according to the following steps, in any order: the beer granules are dissolved in water, carbon dioxide is dissolved in the water.
