SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CELL CULTURING
Cell culture systems and methods provide improved immunotherapeutic product manufacturing with greater scalability, flexibility, and automation. Cell culture systems are configured with interchangeable cartridges, allowing versatility and scalability. Systems are configured to have multiple connected cell culture chambers, which allows parallel processing of different types of cells. Gas-impermeable cell culture chambers and methods for generating cells in closed systems prevent contamination and user error. Methods for recycling cell culture medium provide additional efficiencies.
Bioprocessing vessel
A bioreactor vessel includes a bottom plate, a vessel body coupled to the bottom plate, the vessel body and the bottom plate defining an interior compartment therebetween, and a plurality of recesses formed in the bottom plate, each recess of the plurality of recesses being configured to receive a corresponding alignment pin on a bed plate for aligning the bioreactor vessel on the bed plate.
Fluid connector
Disclosed herein are cell processing systems, devices, and methods thereof. A system for cell processing may comprise a plurality of instruments each independently configured to perform one or more cell processing operations upon a cartridge, and a robot capable of moving the cartridge between each of the plurality of instruments.
ANTIGEN-SPECIFIC T CELL BANKS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME THERAPEUTICALLY
Embodiments of the disclosure include methods of identifying and selecting suitable donors for use in constructing donor minibanks of antigen-specific T cell lines; donor minibanks of antigen-specific T cell lines; and donor banks made up of a plurality of such minibanks. The present disclosure includes methods of treating a disease or condition comprising administering at least one antigen-specific T cell line from such a donor minibank or donor bank to patient (e.g., who has received transplanted material from a transplant donor in a transplant procedure), and methods for selecting the best HLA-matched antigen-specific T cell line in the donor minibank for a particular patient.

ADVANCED TISSUE ENGINEERING SYSTEM
The invention is an automated advanced tissue engineering system that comprises a housing in which one or more tissue engineering modules are accommodated together with a central microprocessor that controls functioning of the tissue engineering modules. In one embodiment, the tissue engineering module comprises a housing supporting one or more bioreactor chamber assemblies and a fluid reservoir operationally engageable with the housing. The bioreactor chamber assemblies may be selected depending on the end product option desired and may include, for example, a cell therapy bioreactor chamber, a single implant bioreactor chamber and a multiple (mosaic) implant bioreactor chamber.
CULTURE CONTAINER, METHOD FOR CULTURING LYMPHOCYTES, CULTURE-CONTAINER PRODUCTION METHOD, AND SOLID-PHASING APPARATUS
A culture container for culturing lymphocytes includes an immobilized surface and a non-immobilized surface, wherein the culture container is formed of a gas permeable film, the immobilized surface and the non-immobilized surface are container inner surfaces facing each other, and anti-CD3 antibodies are immobilized in the immobilized surface at a concentration of 10 to 300 ng/cm.sup.2.

Multilayered cell culture apparatus
A multilayered cell culture apparatus for the culturing of cells is disclosed. The cell culture apparatus is defined as an integral structure having a plurality of cell culture chambers in combination with tracheal space(s). The body of the apparatus has imparted therein gas permeable membranes in combination with tracheal spaces that will allow the free flow of gases between the cell culture chambers and the external environment. The flask body also includes an aperture that will allow access to the cell growth chambers by means of a needle or cannula. The size of the apparatus, and location of an optional neck and cap section, allows for its manipulation by standard automated assay equipment, further making the apparatus ideal for high throughput applications.
