CARTRIDGES FOR CELL PROCESSING
Disclosed herein are cell processing systems, devices, and methods thereof. A system for cell processing may comprise a plurality of instruments each independently configured to perform one or more cell processing operations upon a cartridge, and a robot capable of moving the cartridge between each of the plurality of instruments.
Cell separation apparatus and methods of use
Cell separation systems and methods of separating cells are disclosed. In an embodiment, a cell separation system is described that comprises a non-transitory storage device that executes a centrifugation program to separate cell volume from biologic material volume; a heating mechanism; a containment mechanism; and an assembly comprised of a single-walled centrifugation bowl. In an embodiment, methods of separating cells are disclosed whereby cells are separated by agitating a volume of biologic material and a volume digestion media to form a digested volume of biologic material; centrifuging the digested volume of biologic material; removing a portion of a resulting waste via at least one fluid outlet; isolating a different portion of the waste, and removing the concentrated cell volumes from the reservoir.

Provided is a centrifugal member that centrifuges a cell suspension, the centrifugal member including: a cylindrical main body extending in a cylindrical shape in a centrifugal direction, having an inner end wall formed at an inner end in the centrifugal direction, and having an outer end in the centrifugal direction opened; a gasket slidably inserted into an inner portion of the cylindrical main body in the centrifugal direction; a pusher connected to an outer side of the gasket in the centrifugal direction; and a port provided on the inner end wall and communicating with the inner portion of the cylindrical main body.
TRANSFER METHOD
A transfer method includes a centrifugation step for applying centrifugal force in the direction of lamination to a laminate of a cell structure disposed on a temperature-responsive culture dish and a gel placed on the cell structure and a peeling step for maintaining the temperature at the lower critical solution temperature of the temperature-responsive culture dish or lower and peeling off the cell structure containing muscle cells from the temperature-responsive culture dish.

Method and Equipment of Phenethylamine Production
A production equipment of phenethylamine includes a first reaction device; a second reaction device, wherein the second reaction device is connected to the first reaction device; a circulation device, wherein the circulation device is respectively connected to the first reaction device and the second reaction device; an acetone storage device; a centrifugal extraction device; a phenethylamine processing device; and a phenethylamine storage device. The first reaction device and the second reaction device have the same structure. A production method of phenethylamine is further provided, which uses transaminase as a catalyst, so that acetophenone and isopropylamine can flow through the transaminase to complete the reaction, the reaction is completed in one step, the production cycle is shortened, and the production cost is reduced.
