This method for producing a cell cluster group comprises: a step for putting, into a well, a cell suspension obtained by suspending dispersed cells in a medium, using a cell incubator which includes the well and two or more recesses formed in the bottom of the well and in which the area of an opening of each recess in plan view is at most 1 mm.sup.2; a step for centrifuging the cell incubator; and a step for culturing the dispersed cells in the recesses.

A device for purifying adipose tissue may comprise a chamber, a flexible filter delimiting a treatment volume and being able to retain the adipose tissue and to filter a liquid medium, the filter being present in the chamber and extending along a main axis between a lower end and an upper end, a lower attachment element secured to the lower end of the filter and an upper attachment element secured to the upper end of the filter, a discharge duct extending into the treatment volume between a lower portion provided with the inlet orifice and an upper portion in communication with the outside of the device, and a drive system configured to take a purification configuration in which the lower and upper attachment elements are rotated jointly around the main axis and configured to take a discharge configuration.

A method for processing biological material containing stringy tissue in a container having a tissue collector disposed in a tissue retention volume on one side of an internal filter includes washing biological material contained in the tissue retention volume with wash liquid to the tissue retention volume and allowing the wash liquid and rotating the tissue collector disposed in the tissue retention volume relative to the container in a first direction of rotation about an axis of rotation to sweep the teeth positioned on the tissue collector through the biological material and to collect stringy material on the tissue collector.

A method of preparing a fat graft includes introducing fat tissue into an internal chamber of a vessel of a cell or tissue isolation, purification, and storage device through a first opening of the vessel. The method also includes introducing an amount of a wash solution effective to wash the fat graft or an amount of a cryoprotectant effective to cryopreserve the fat graft into the internal chamber of the vessel through a second opening of the vessel and mixing the fat tissue with the wash solution or the cryoprotectant. The method further includes either: when wash solution is introduced, centrifuging the device containing the fat graft to separate the fat graft from the wash solution and drawing the wash solution from the first end of the device; or, when cryoprotectant is introduced, cooling the fat graft to a temperature below 0 C.
