Journal attachment
A device that can be removably attached to an article, such as a book, tablet, journal, etc., and is useful for storing both related objects (e.g., pens, pencils, erasers, stylus, etc.) and unrelated objects (e.g., money, eye glasses, earbuds, checkbook, etc.). The device is preferably comprised of a backing, a sleeve attached to said backing, a pocket also attached to said backing and an implement holder attached to said pocket. In a further preferred embodiment, a second pocket or slot may be incorporated onto said sleeve and the device may also have at least one zippered enclosure.
Cosmetic wallet compact
A cosmetic wallet compact including a housing having a first casing, a second casing and attachment means, such as hook and loop fastener strips, to attach the cosmetic wallet compact to a handheld device. First casing is adapted and sized to hold and retain credit card(s), identification card(s) and folded bill(s) in an interior cavity. First casing incorporates a receiving slot and a window through which its contents may be seen and physically manipulated. At the window, a retaining press is provided which keeps cards in place and from unintentionally exiting the receiving slot after being inserted. An ejection guide aperture is further provided to selectively guide contents out of the receiving slot. Second casing has an interior which defines a palette of color cosmetics and a mirror panel.
Soft-sided container wheel assembly
A soft sided container with a wheel assembly securable to the sidewalls of the container. The wheel assembly is formed from a cage bearing rotatably coupled to a hub. The hub, formed integral with a base plate, engages an internally positioned mounting plate, eliminating the need for a cross axle. The use of a large hub limits rotation to an outer circumference of the wheel assembly.
CARRY BAG WITH ACTIVATED CARBON & REMOVABLE PATCH ATTACHMENTS
A carrying bag with a water resistant Velcro outer case and an activated carbon inner liner provides an odor proof capability. The Velcro outer surface provides for user selected placement of one or more removable patch attachments. The invention described here reduces the need to purchase alternative backpacks due to endless user configuration of possible looks. The carry bag may include one or more carry handles and one or more shoulder straps.
Backpack with laptop sleeve convertible to laptop sleeve with stored backpack portion
A backpack includes a backpack portion defining an interior compartment and a sleeve. The sleeve defines an interior cavity configured to receive a laptop therein and a storage compartment configured to receive the backpack portion therein. The sleeve is coupled to an inner surface of the backpack portion. The backpack includes a first configuration and a second configuration, wherein in the first configuration the sleeve is disposed within the interior compartment of the backpack portion, and in the second configuration the backpack portion is disposed within the storage compartment of the sleeve.
Luggage Packing System
A luggage packing system is provided to assist parents to ensure that they have the necessities for travelling with infants and young children. The packing system of the present invention provides a series of inserts and layers that makes items easier to locate and remove one-at-a-time without disturbing the rest of the contents of the luggage. The inserts may have varied pouch configurations adapted to store a wide variety of medications, clothing, accessories, and items. One or more elements can be particularly arranged to provide a separable, packing and organization system for clothing and accessories to be packed in a suitcase. By using the layers to pack small items of clothing and personal care items, entertainment and food, the luggage may provide a versatile suitcase for travel with an infant or young child.
Break-Away Storage Bag
The Break-Away Bag is primarily used to store and/or transport an auto inflation device. The bag offers a way to quickly deploy an auto inflation device during a water emergency situation. The bag can also be used to hold other non-emergency items which could be used during a non-emergency situation. The bag is made of a durable yet light-weight indoor/outdoor material with information strategically embroidered on the outside of the bag to assist the user with rapid deployment during an actual emergency. The Hook & loop fastening material can also be replaced with dual-lock type fastener and can be of any residential or industrial strength. A bead chord outlines the entire bag and is meant only to be decorative therefore making it optional.
When the Bag is stored it should be stored flat and nothing stored on top. The bag should not be hung by the carrying straps or stored in the upright or upside down position.
LUGGAGE SYSTEM
A luggage system described herein includes a hard shell body and a soft shell body. The hard shell body includes first and second hard shell body portions. The soft shell body includes first and second soft shell body portions. The first hard shell body portion defines a first hard shell interior storage compartment. The second hard shell body portion defines a second hard shell interior storage compartment. The first soft shell body portion is sized and shaped to fit within and line the first hard shell interior storage compartment. The second soft shell body portion is sized and shaped to fit within and line the second hard shell interior storage compartment. The first and second soft shell body portions are removable, respectively, from the first and second hard shell interior storage compartments to thereby provide a soft shell luggage unit that can be used independent of the hard shell body.
Portable Apparatus and Methods Using Phase Change Materials for Creating a Temperature Stabilized Environment
A carrying case utilizes a layer of phase change materials and a thermal insulation layer in order to provide a temperature-stabilized environment for enclosed payloads such as musical instruments during transport through an environment in which temperatures differ greatly from those to which they are normally exposed. In one aspect, the phase change materials and thermal insulation provide an extended period of temperature constancy, without the addition of either active thermal control or excessively bulky insulation.
MASS CASUALTY INCIDENT BAG, SYSTEM, AND METHODS OF USE
A Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Bag is provided which is a medical supply bag specifically designed to provide emergency supplies to emergency medical technicians in the event of a mass casualty event such as in a public gathering. The MCI bag is designed to allow two medical technicians to treat two or more patients each. The MCI bag is a two-sided, two bag configuration and is designed with identical sets or substantially identical sets of supplies in each bag with some specialty supplies housed in a interconnecting center portion of each bag, where they can be accessed and shared by the two technicians. In one embodiment, the MCI bag is equipped with individual flood lights for each technician to illuminate the accident scene and his patients without the need for hand held flashlights or head lamps. Also provided are a system comprising MCI carts designed to carry multiple MCI bags, and a method of responding to a Mass Casualty Incident, where the method comprises positioning prior to an incident or deploying after an incident, a plurality of MCI carts, each containing a plurality of MCI bags, around the event or incident area.
