A container includes a housing, a casing pivotally connected to the housing with a pivot axle, one or more magnetic members engaged in the housing, and one or more magnetic elements engaged in the casing and disposed close to the magnetic member for acting with the magnetic member and for anchoring the casing to the housing at any selected angular position. The housing includes a slot formed in a seat, and the magnetic member is engaged in the slot of the seat. The housing includes a passage formed in the seat, and the pivot axle is engaged in the passage of the seat. The magnetic member includes an aperture formed in the magnetic member for receiving and engaging with the pivot axle.

An exemplary electromagnetic shielded dry bag with magnetic closure system includes an outer bag, an inner shielding liner, and a pair of embedding strips having magnets embedded therein. The outer bag is preferably comprised of water-proof material and has a fluid-sealed floor portion and an access mouth disposed oppositely thereof. First and second bag panels are disposed oppositely of one another and extend from the floor portion to the access mouth. The inner shielding liner is comprised of electromagnetic shielding material and defines an electromagnetic shielding compartment within the bag. The embedding strips are secured to respective bag panels. This securement may be by way of heat fusing of respective securement elements to the inner faces, thereby forming pockets with which the strips reside. When the closure section is magnetically retained in closed configuration, the access mouth is thereby retained in an RF-sealed and fluid-sealed configuration to protect the shielding compartment.

A closure device includes a first magnet and a housing with a second magnet positioned therein. The first magnet is configured to be position in a first object and the housing is configured to be positioned in a second object. The housing has a top end and at least one adjustment mechanism connected to the housing that moves the second magnet in at least one translational direction or at least one rotational direction relative to the top end of the housing. The movement of the second magnet relative to the top end of the housing adjusts the position or orientation of the second magnet relative to the first magnet to alter a magnetic force between the first magnet and the second magnet when the first magnet is positioned proximate the top end of the housing.

A bag has at least two sides, a front, a back defining a sidewall, and a base; a storage compartment; and at least one strap or handle. An outer surface of the sidewall has a first panel having a first side and a second side and a top. The first side and the second side are attached to the outer surface of the sidewall and the first panel and the sidewall form a sleeve. The sleeve is configured to allow a luggage handle to pass through from a bottom of the sleeve to and through a top of the sleeve. The top of the first panel and the sidewall have a magnetic closure configured to disconnect when a luggage handle is passed through the sleeve and to reconnect when the luggage handle is removed from the sleeve. The sleeve may have a pocket configured to receive one or more items therein.

The invention relates to a rear protection mechanism with a magnetic opening system, intended for objects used to hold elements, such as, for example, briefcases, backpacks or suitcases, said mechanism acting as an anti-theft system for rear, side and/or lower pockets on said objects. The rear mechanism with a magnetic opening system (positioned against the user's body) consists of flaps with non-visible magnets located inside said flaps, which, upon coming into contact with other magnets located on the rear surface of the object, generate an attraction that secures the flaps, such as to prevent third parties from gaining access to pockets on the outside of the briefcase, backpack or suitcase. The invention also relates to a system of self-adjusting straps that allow the weight or load contained in the element-holding object.
