Collapsible suitcase, and a method for its use
A collapsible suitcase has a bottom panel, a rear panel, two side panels, and a front panel. The rear panel, side panels, and front panel are connected to the bottom panel by hinges permitting them to be rotated from a folded position against the bottom panel to a deployed position perpendicular to the bottom panel. The side hinges have a clearance sufficiently greater than the clearance of the front hinge to allow the side hinges to lie flat on the front panel when folded, and the rear hinge has a sufficiently greater clearance than that of the side hinges to allow the rear panel to lie flat on the side panels when folded.

A collapsible suitcase has a bottom panel, a rear panel, two side panels, and a front panel. Provided is a luggage and integrated weighing system for weighing luggage on hard or soft surfaces in real time. A luggage case includes a body structure for receiving and holding articles for transport where the body has a closure means on a portion thereof for opening and closing the body to allow insertion and removal of luggage articles. The luggage case includes at least one weigh body mounted to a portion of the body structure, a weigh sensor housing, a weigh sensor mounted within the weigh sensor housing calibrated to determine weight of the luggage case, and a ground engaging member adjustably mounted within the weigh housing that is movable between a weighing condition and a non-weighing condition.

Provided is a luggage and integrated weighing system for weighing luggage on hard or soft surfaces in real time. A luggage case includes a body structure for receiving and holding articles for transport where the body has a closure means on a portion thereof for opening and closing the body to allow insertion and removal of luggage articles. Cup holders are disclosed that can be attached to the telescoping handle of modern luggage in order to provide a convenient place to set down a beverage during waits in airports, train stations, hotel lobbies and other places. In one form, an adjustable lanyard is provided with an adjustable clamp. The lanyard is placed around the telescoping handle and a portion of the lanyard is pulled through the adjustable clamp until the cup holder is secured to the luggage.

In one form, an adjustable lanyard is provided with an adjustable clamp. The lanyard is placed around the telescoping handle and a portion of the lanyard is pulled through the adjustable clamp until the cup holder is secured to the luggage.

A luggage tray apparatus for supporting food, electronics, and other devices on a piece of luggage is provided. The luggage has a sliding grip, retractable handle with the retractable handle having a pair of parallel extension rods. The luggage tray apparatus comprises a tray table having a top surface, a bottom surface substantially opposite the top surface, and an outer perimeter edge with the outer perimeter edge having a front edge and a rear edge substantially opposite the front edge. An elongated slot is formed completely through the tray table nearingly adjacent the rear edge with the elongated slot capable of slidably receiving the extension rods. A pair of support arms is provided having a first end and a second end with the first end secured to the bottom surface and the second end secured to the extension rods. Wherein the tray table provides a stable surface for placement of the food, electronics, and other devices.
Luggage Tray Apparatus
A luggage tray apparatus for supporting food, electronics, and other devices on a piece of luggage is provided.
