Hair styling device

A hair styling device is described, for waving hair by forming a length of hair into a wave form. A first forming member, a second forming member and a third forming member are located within a chamber of the device. There is a first hair-receiving region between the first and second forming members and a second hair-receiving region between the second and third forming members. A first driving member drives a portion of the length of hair into the first hair-receiving region and a second driving member drives another portion of the length of hair into the second hair-receiving region. The first and second driving members move independently and sequentially so as to reduce the tension applied to the length of hair.

ANGLE DEFLECTION TYPE TWISTED HAIR STYLING DEVICE
20200205540 · 2020-07-02 ·

Disclosed is an angle deflection type twisted hair styling device, including an upper gripping portion and a lower gripping portion openable and closeable through a hinge structure. An upper clamping head is connected to the upper gripping portion. A lower clamping head is connected to the lower gripping portion. An upper clamping surface is provided on the upper clamping head. A lower clamping surface is provided on the lower clamping head. The upper clamping surface has an upper twisted deflection angle with respect to the upper gripping portion. The lower clamping surface has a lower twisted deflection angle with respect to the lower gripping portion. The upper twisted deflection angle equal to the lower twisted deflection angle. A hairstyle with an inclined angle and a twisted shape can be realized without rotation of a user's hand, and the hairstyle can be completed without major changes to perm action.

Hair styling device

The invention relates to a hair styling device, and in particular to a hair straightener. The hair styling device (10; 210) has a first arm (12; 212) and a second arm (14; 214), the first and second arms being moveable relative to one another between a closed or operative condition and an open or inoperative condition. The first member (12; 212) has a first heating panel (16; 116; 216) and the second member (14; 214) has a second heating panel (18; 118; 218). The heating panels (16, 18; 116, 118; 216, 218) are corrugated to increase the length of the path the hair must take between the heating panels. The first and second heating panels are spaced apart in the operative condition so as not to press or clamp the hair therebetween. The first member (12; 212) also has a first pressing panel (26; 126; 226) and the second member (14; 214) also has a second pressing panel (28; 128; 228), the first and second pressing panels in their operative position engaging so that the hair is pressed between the pressing panels.

HAIR STYLING DEVICE

A hair styling device is described, having first and second members that are movable relative to one another between a closed operative condition and an open inoperative condition. The first member has a first heating panel and the second member has a second heating panel, the heating panels being adapted to heat a length of hair as the length of hair moves along a heating path therebetween in use, and being spaced apart in the operative condition to avoid pressing or clamping the hair therebetween. The first member also has a first pressing panel and the second member has a second pressing panel. The pressing panels are substantially planar. The length of hair moves along a pressing path between the first and second pressing panels in use. The length of the heating path is greater than the length of the pressing path.
