Raised Bow Construction and Method
The device of the disclosed technology is an attachment for a hair-bow. The device has a portion which attaches to the head, such as by way of a strap which is designed to extend around the face and chin, with a base situated on the strap where the bow should be attached. On this base are one, two or more rows of curved fabric. Around the rows of curved fabric is an additional strap having a softness less than that of the curved fabric. A bow is attached or attachable in a portal created between the row or rows of curved fabric and the base, such that the bow faces, or can face, at a 90 degree angle, or between a 45 degree and 135 degree angle offset to the base. Any degree angle can be used from 0 to 180 degrees, with the bow held in place on the curved fabric.

The present invention is directed to a hair band for keeping hair out of the face of the wearer, comprising a band having two surfaces, an inner surface that contacts the head and hair of an individual, which is formed to fit the head over the hair in a vertical orientation, and an outer surface that face away from the head, wherein the band has a multitude of magnets distributed along the length of the band, or wherein the band has an opening through the inner and outer surfaces that runs the majority of the length of the band. In one embodiment, the opening has a soft plastic or silicon strip inserted therein, wherein the strip has a series of openings or holes formed down its length or the opening has a lattice formed within the opening of the band, wherein the lattice is created by a series of crisscrossing strings or strands, and the holes formed by the lattice allow for one or more tabs to be inserted therein to allow fashion accessories that have tabs to be attached to the hair band. Additionally, the present invention is directed to the fashion accessories themselves, storage/carrying cases and display cases for use with the hair bands and fashion accessories

An interchangeable hair accessory device is disclosed which comprises a body component that is configured as a conventional hair accessory, such as a headband, barrette, scrunchies, etc. The body component comprises a plurality of small through-holes or apertures. Each of the decoration components comprises a post or other protrusion on the back side. The post is sized and shaped to be secured within the plurality of through-holes, to customize the look of the hair accessory. Each body component can receive a plurality of interchangeable decoration components. The decoration components can have different shapes and colors to accommodate a user's wants and needs. Further, the decoration components can be designed to match school uniforms and other clothes with ease and convenience.

A hair accessory is for use with a plurality of hair ornaments. The hair accessory includes a gripping member and an elastic member. The gripping member grips hair of a user, and has a body and a plurality of gripping protrusions. The body has a first side, a second side, and a plurality of through holes extending from the first side to the second side. The elastic member is woven among the through holes and is configured such that a plurality of associated elastic segments are located on each of the first and second sides of the body, thereby allowing the plurality of hair ornaments to be maintained on the first side of the body.
HAIR CLIP WITH INTERCHANGEABLE DECORATIVE ACCESSORIES
An ornamental hair clip assembly comprising at least one clip member with perforations configured to receive interchangeable decorative accessories. Each accessory includes a decorative head, a stem extending from the head, and a retention member at the opposing end of the stem. The retention member is compressible to pass through a perforation and expand to secure the accessory, leaving the decorative head externally visible. The clip members are hingedly connected to pivot between open and closed positions, with prongs or engagement members configured to grip the user's hair. The system enables rapid customization by interchanging decorative elements such as gemstones, flowers, symbols, or abstract shapes, while maintaining the functionality of a conventional hair clip.
