A device includes a pump and a brushhead. The pump includes a housing and plunger. The housing has an upper opening, a cavity configured to store a composition therein, and a tip having a dispensing opening. The plunger is slidably disposed within housing such that it is moveable with respect to the housing. The brushhead includes a first plurality of bristle bores and a second plurality of bristle bores, each of which extend from a bottom surface of the brushhead towards an opposing top surface and have a bristle bundle extending therefrom. The brushhead includes a generally central throughhole extending between the bottom surface and the opposing top surface. The pump is coupled to the brushhead via the tip of the housing such that actuation of the plunger causes a portion of the composition stored in the housing to be dispensed on at least a portion of the bristle bundles.

A pouch for liquid bathing products suitable for dispensing liquid bathing products and directing the products upward, where the pouch is made of flexible and non-resilient or low-resilience materials, has bilateral symmetry, a shoulder, a base, a two sides, with a gripping portion, and a nozzle approximately centered on the shoulder to dispense the liquid bathing product; the base is sufficiently flat to rest on a flat surface and allow the pouch to stand up-right, and the nozzle is perpendicular to the base.

The disposable refill packet includes a formulation packet and a body portion configured for insertion into the reusable cartridge body.

A moisturizing apparatus includes an ion generating device, a mist generating device, and a control device. The ion generating device generates positive ions and negative ions bound to water molecules from the air by an electrical discharge in the atmosphere. The mist generating device reduces the liquid to fine particles in the form of mist and sprays the liquid in the form of mist. The moisturizing apparatus moisturizes the skin or hair, through combined use of application of ions from the ion generating device and spraying of the mist from mist generating device, toward the skin or hair.

The invention relates to a hairstyling process comprising the following steps:

the application to the hair of a first cleansing cosmetic composition comprising one or more surfactants;
the application of a second aqueous cosmetic composition comprising a neutralized non-crosslinked vinylpyridine polymer;
followed by a step of rinsing with water and then a step of shaping the hair, and then a step of drying the hair.

The color coatings are produced from compositions of several kinds of polymers that enable the color coatings to exhibit adherence, remanence, wear fastness and resistance to environmental attack.

A hair product application device for dispensing a hair product composition directly from a glove. The hair product application device generally includes a glove having at least one blister pack containing a hair product composition. The blister pack includes a pocket that holds the hair product composition and is at least partially in contact with an exterior surface of the glove. The pocket has a rupturable membrane and optionally, a backing sheet that is located at least partially on the exterior surface of the glove. The hair product composition is released by rupturing the rupturable membrane of the blister pack by applying an external pressure to the exterior surface of the rupturable membrane or an internal pressure to the pocket using a pneumatic device.

Hairstyling compositions which provide the user with continuous wave fizz-free hairstyling using only low heat (such as that applied by a blow dryer) and a round hair brush as well as a natural feel to the hair is disclosed. The compositions incorporate a mixture of two and preferably three polymers, those polymers including an organopolysiloxane graft polymer, a graft polymer comprising polyacrylate (such as polyacrylate-32), and optionally a water-soluble silicone polymer (such as bis-PEG-8-dimethicone). Hair care compositions and methods for providing conditioning benefits to hair is disclosed. The hair care compositions may include one or more nonionic surfactants comprising one or more alkylpolyglucosides; one or more fatty alcohols; one or more fatty esters comprising caprylic/capric triglyceride; about 0.5 to about 30 wt. % of a fatty compound other than fatty alcohol and fatty ester; one or more silicones comprising polysilicone-11; one or more thickening agents; and water, wherein the hair care composition is an emulsion, and all weight percentages are based on the total weight of the hair care composition.
