DEVICE, KIT AND METHOD FOR COLORING HAIR
A hair-penetrating shield 220 comprises a tooth array having top 280 and bottom 290 surfaces. In some embodiments, for a majority of the teeth, a cross section of each tooth (for example, triangular in shape) has an asymmetric width profile such that the tooth cross section, on average, is narrower near the top of the tooth and wider near the bottom of the tooth. In some embodiments, a ratio between: i) a first average tooth width describing the average tooth width below the top-bottom midpoint; and ii) a second average tooth width describing the average tooth width above the top-bottom midpoint is at least 1.2, or at least 1.6. In some embodiments, a non-viscous hair-coloring agent is dispensed as a mist over the top of the surface of the shield so as to color roots of hair passing through the spaces between the teeth of the user's hair. In some embodiments, closely-spaced teeth of the hair penetrating shield protect the user's scalp from the non-viscous hair-coloring agent. Related methods and kits are disclosed herein.
VIBRATING HAIR DYE BRUSH ACCOMMODATING A VARIETY OF BRUSH HEADS AND PICKS
Disclosed is an apparatus including a handle having a first end, a second end, at least one curved middle portion, and a power and speed control button, a vibrating member connected to the first end of the handle, the vibrating member including a motor disposed inside the vibrating member, and a brush head connecting protrusion being disposed on the vibrating member, a brush head having a cut-out portion on a first side and being detachably connected to the vibrating member, the brush head including bristles that are configured to receive a hair dye, and a charging cord being magnetically and electrically connected to the battery, the charging cord being configured to supply a charge to the battery, to supply power to the motor, and to cause the vibrating member to oscillate the bristles when the power and speed control button is activated, wherein the brush head is detachably connected to the vibrating member by the cut-out portion fastening to the brush head connecting protrusion.
HAIR COLORING APPLIANCE
The system includes a hair color packet assembly having one hair color packet and one developer packet and a pump assembly for moving the hair coloring material and developer material to a mixing assembly which mixes the color and the developer and delivers it to a brushhead/distributor, which has openings through which the selected hair color formulation is delivered. The brushhead/distributor is mountable in a handle having a motor which drives the brushhead/distributor in a linear oscillating manner.
HAIR COLORING APPLIANCE
A hair coloring appliance includes a handle and a hair color delivery system supported within the handle. A nozzle assembly is adapted to receive hair color. The nozzle assembly includes a stationary frame and a nozzle array through which the hair color is delivered to the hair and a plurality of filaments adjacent the nozzles which are longer than the nozzles, acting as a stand-off between the nozzles and the scalp. A motor reciprocates the nozzle array back and forth as hair color moves through the nozzles.
Hair coloring appliance
The system includes a hair color packet assembly having several individual hair color packets and one developer packet, each packet having a pump for delivering selected amounts of material to a mixing assembly. A control assembly operable in response to a user's input controls each of the pumps to deliver selected amounts of color material and developer material to a mixing assembly which mixes the colors and the developer and delivers it to a brushhead/distributor, which has openings through which the selected hair color formulation is delivered. The brushhead/distributor is mountable in a handle having a motor which drives the brushhead/distributor in a linear oscillating manner.
Device for packaging and dispensing a product having inclined elastically deformable teeth
Device (10) for packaging at least one product and dispensing at least said product on a surface and comprising at least one container (14) delimiting a product cavity (24a) containing said at least one product and having a dispensing closure (26) designed to be separated from the container (14) for first use of said device in order to open a first dispensing orifice (24b) in flow communication with the product cavity (24a). Said device comprises an application member (40) mounted on the at least one container (14) having at least two rows (44b, 44d) of elastically deformable application teeth (44) arranged on both side of the dispensing closure (26) and extending outwardly from said at least one container (14), said application teeth (44) being each inclined towards the longitudinal axis (X-X) of the first dispensing orifice (24b), and at least a plurality of teeth of the said rows (44b, 44d) of teeth are deformed in a stressed position by the contact with the dispensing closure (26) and configured to return elastically in a rest position when the dispensing closure (26) is removed, in said rest position, the teeth are more inclined towards the longitudinal axis (X-X) of the first dispensing orifice (24b) then in the stressed position.
LIQUID DISPENSING CAP
A manifold dispensing cap is provided having a base that is adapted to be affixed to a bottle. The base seals to the bottle and can move fluid from inside the bottle to a manifold. The manifold has a series of fingers that are evenly spaced radially from the center where they extend outwardly. The fingers are flexible and extend outwardly away in a manner that the tips of the fingers are at a larger effective diameter at their tips than where they extend outwardly from the base. The fingers are obliquely angled with respect to each other.
Spray head and body cleaning device
The embodiments of the present invention relate to a spray head and a body cleaning device, the spray head comprising: a spray head body comprising a panel provided with spray holes, the panel being provided with a plurality of brush rods, each of which forming a spheroid at an end portion thereof that faces away from the spray head body. The spheroid is made of an elastic material. The spray head, during its use, can penetrate through hair to thoroughly clean the scalp and the bottom portion of the hair near the scalp.
METHOD OF APPLYING HAIR BUILDING SOLIDS WITH A LOW RIGIDITY, HIGH DENSITY BRISTLE-BASED APPLICATOR
A method for applying and distributing hair fibers using a low rigidity, high density bristle-based applicator. After dispensing hair fibers onto the head and scalp, the applicator is guided over the surface of a thinning hair area in the direction of the hair growth. Specially designed bristles grab and position each hair and blend and distribute hair fibers evenly for a natural appearance. The applicator is further used to remove misplaced fibers and can be used to style hair after a holding mist has been applied.
