Each first diffuser channel has a proximal portion with a channel inlet and a distal portion with one or more channel outlets. The system also includes a fan, a power source connected to the fan's motor, a switch connected to the power source, a hose with a first and second end, and a housing that retains the power source, fan, and switch. The housing has an inlet opening where the first end of the hose is connected, allowing air from the fan to be discharged into the first chamber of the multiple channel diffuser. The one or more first diffuser channels then distribute the air to at least a portion of the user's scalp.
