Grain oriented electrical steel sheet
A grain oriented electrical steel sheet includes: a base steel sheet; a lower layer which is arranged in contact with the base steel sheet; and an insulation coating which is arranged in contact with the lower layer and which includes a phosphate and a colloidal silica as main components. The base steel sheet includes the predetermined chemical composition and includes a B compound whose major axis length is 1 to 20 μm and whose number density is 1×10 to 1×10.sup.6 pieces/mm.sup.3. The lower layer is a glass film which includes a forsterite as main component or an intermediate layer includes a silicon oxide as main component.
Grain oriented electrical steel sheet
A grain oriented electrical steel sheet includes: a base steel sheet; a glass film which is arranged in contact with the base steel sheet; and an insulation coating which is arranged in contact with the glass film and which includes a phosphate and a colloidal silica as main components. The base steel sheet includes the predetermined chemical composition. A BN whose average particle size is 50 to 300 nm is included at a predetermined number density in a region which is from an interface between the glass film and the insulation coating till 5 μm toward the base steel sheet in a depth direction. A B emission intensity obtained inside the glass film is more than a B emission intensity obtained inside the base steel sheet, when a B emission intensity is measured from a surface of the insulation coating by a glow discharge emission spectroscopy.
GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND METHOD OF PRODUCING SAME
Disclosed is a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet capable of obtaining excellent magnetic properties stably over the entire coil length. A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet includes: a chemical composition containing, in mass %, C: 0.005% or less, Si: 2.0% to 4.5%, and Mn: 0.01% to 0.5%, and, in mass ppm, N: 20 ppm or less, each of Se, Te, and O: less than 50 ppm, S: less than 30 ppm, and acid-soluble Al: less than 40 ppm, and Ti: less than 30 ppm, of which 5 ppm or more and 25 ppm or less is acid-soluble Ti, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities; and precipitates containing Ti and N with a grain size of 200 nm or more at a frequency of 0.05 grains/mm.sup.2 or more.
METHOD FOR PREPARING A HIGH-PERFORMANCE ND-FE-B ISOTROPIC MAGNETIC POWDER
A high-performance Nd—Fe—B isotropic magnetic powder and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The method includes S1, smelting and refining ingredients under vacuum to obtain an alloy ingot, crushing the alloy ingot to obtain an alloy block, wherein the smelting is conducted at a temperature of 1,350-1,450° C., and the refining is conducted at a temperature of 1,335-1,430° C. and a pressure of 900-1,100 Pa in an inert gas atmosphere for 3-7 minutes; S2, melting the alloy block obtained in step S1 to obtain an alloy solution, rapidly quenching the alloy solution to form a Nd—Fe—B rapidly-quenched alloy plate; S3, crushing the Nd—Fe—B rapidly-quenched alloy plate obtained in step S2 to obtain a magnetic powder; S4, subjecting the magnetic powder to a crystallization heat treatment in an inert gas atmosphere, and cooling to obtain the Nd—Fe—B isotropic magnetic powder.
Continuous hot dip galvanizing apparatus
A continuous hot-dip galvanizing apparatus has a vertical annealing furnace, one or more hearth rolls, a hot-dip galvanizing apparatus, an alloying line, and humidified gas supply ports. When the steel sheet having a Si content of 0.2 mass % or more is conveyed inside the annealing furnace, the humidified gas supply ports positioned in a latter part of the soaking zone supply the humidified gas to the soaking zone and the at least one dry gas supply port supplies the dry gas to the soaking zone. When the steel sheet having a Si content of less than 0.2 mass % is conveyed inside the annealing furnace, the plurality of the humidified gas supply ports do not supply the humidified gas to the soaking zone and the at least one dry gas supply port supplies the dry gas to the soaking zone.
Continuous hot dip galvanizing apparatus
A continuous hot-dip galvanizing apparatus has a vertical annealing furnace, one or more hearth rolls, a hot-dip galvanizing apparatus, an alloying line, and humidified gas supply ports. When the steel sheet having a Si content of 0.2 mass % or more is conveyed inside the annealing furnace, the humidified gas supply ports positioned in a latter part of the soaking zone supply the humidified gas to the soaking zone and the at least one dry gas supply port supplies the dry gas to the soaking zone. When the steel sheet having a Si content of less than 0.2 mass % is conveyed inside the annealing furnace, the plurality of the humidified gas supply ports do not supply the humidified gas to the soaking zone and the at least one dry gas supply port supplies the dry gas to the soaking zone.
Grain-oriented electrical steel sheet
A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to the present invention has a steel sheet surface provided with grooves and includes two or more broken lines including the grooves having a length of 5 to 10 mm on a straight line intersecting a rolling direction on the steel sheet surface. In each of the broken lines including the grooves, the grooves are arranged at equal intervals, and a ratio of the length of the groove to a length of a non-groove is in a range of 1:1 to 1.5:1.
Fe-based soft magnetic alloy and method for manufacturing the same
The present disclosure relates to an iron (Fe)-based amorphous soft magnetic alloy and a method for manufacturing the soft magnetic alloy. According to the present disclosure, there is provided an Fe-based soft magnetic alloy including C and S meeting 1≥a+b≥6, wherein a is an atomic % content of C and b is an atomic % content of S, B meeting 4.5≥x≥13.0, wherein x is an atomic % content of B, Cu meeting 0.2≥y≥1.5, wherein y is an atomic % content of Cu, Al meeting 0.5≥z≥2, wherein z is an atomic % content of Al, and a remaining atomic % content of Fe and other inevitable impurities, wherein the Fe-based soft magnetic alloy includes a micro-structure, and wherein the micro-structure includes a crystalline phase with a mean crystalline grain size ranging from 15 nm to 50 nm in an amorphous base.
Ferritic stainless steel sheet and production method thereof, and ferritic stainless member
A ferritic stainless steel sheet is provided that has a chemical composition consisting of, in mass %, C: 0.001 to 0.020%, Si: 0.02 to 1.50%, Mn: 0.02 to 1.50%, P: 0.01 to 0.05%, S: 0.0001 to 0.01%, Cr: 10.0 to 25.0%, Ti: 0.01 to 0.30%, N: 0.001 to 0.030%, and optional elements, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein: a grain size number is 6 or more; the ferritic stainless steel sheet satisfies the formulas [A+B≥12.0/t], [X+Y≥12.0/(t−0.3)] and [(X+Y)−(A+B)≤5.0] with respect to crystal orientation intensities of a ferrite phase obtained by X-ray diffraction; and the sheet thickness is 1.0 mm or more.
Low-Cost Non-Oriented Electrical Steel Plate With Extremely Low Aluminum Content and Manufacturing Method Therefor
Disclosed is a low-cost non-oriented electrical steel plate with an extremely low aluminum content, which plate comprises the following chemical elements in percentage by mass: 0.003% or less of C, 0.1%-1.2% of Si, 0.1%-0.4% of Mn, 0.01%-0.2% of P, 0.003% or less of S, 0.001% or less of Al, 0.003%-0.01% of O, 0.003% or less of N, and 0.005%-0.05% of Sn, with the condition Si.sup.2/P: 0.89-26.04 being satisfied. In addition, further disclosed is a method for manufacturing the non-oriented electrical steel plate. The method comprises steps of: (1) smelting; (2) continuous casting; (3) hot rolling: wherein a hot rolled plate is subjected to soaking and heat preservation by means of residual heat of hot rolled steel coils, rather than being subjected to normalizing treatment or cover furnace annealing after coiling; (4) primary cold rolling; and (5) continuous annealing. In the non-oriented electrical steel plate of the present invention, reasonable chemical ingredients and process designs are used, and the non-oriented electrical steel plate not only has excellent economy, but also has the properties of high magnetic induction and low iron loss.
