FURNACE ROLLER, ROLLER HEARTH FURNACE, USE OF THE FURNACE ROLLER AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF A HOT-FORMED AND AT LEAST PARTLY PRESS-HARDENED VEHICLE COMPONENT
20230114230 · 2023-04-13 ·

A furnace roller for a roller hearth furnace has a hollow cylindrical ceramic roller body having an outer oxidic coating. The roller body has outer longitudinal fins and longitudinal grooves that run in linear longitudinal direction of the roller body. The configuration reduces the contact area between the roller body and the blanks to be transported. The furnace rollers are suitable for use in roller furnaces in hot forming lines for the press hardening of AlSi-coated steel blanks.

Continuous hot rolled coil for high collapse-resistant sew petroleum casing and manufacturing method thereof

The invention discloses a continuous hot rolled coil for a high collapse-resistant SEW petroleum casing and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of hot continuous rolling production. Provided is a continuous hot rolled coil for a high collapse-resistant SEW petroleum casing with low alloy element cost and excellent initial welding property, and a manufacturing method thereof. The production cost of the hot continuous rolled coil is lowered by reducing expensive alloy elements such as Mo and V therein, and strictly controlling the content components of chemical elements such as Cr, Mn and Ti. According to the manufacturing method, a continuous cast slab is used as an initial billet and subjected to rough rolling by refined grains for 5-7 passes under the temperature-controlled heating condition to form an intermediate billet, and then the intermediate billet is subjected to finish rolling for at least 4 passes, then finally cooled and coiled to complete the production and processing of the continuous hot rolled coils, and achieve the purpose of controlling the initial yield strength and the initial tensile strength.

Grain oriented electrical steel sheet

A grain oriented electrical steel sheet includes: a base steel sheet; a glass film which is arranged in contact with the base steel sheet; and an insulation coating which is arranged in contact with the glass film and which includes a phosphate and a colloidal silica as main components. The base steel sheet includes the predetermined chemical composition. A BN whose average particle size is 50 to 300 nm is included at a predetermined number density in a region which is from an interface between the glass film and the insulation coating till 5 μm toward the base steel sheet in a depth direction. A B emission intensity obtained inside the glass film is more than a B emission intensity obtained inside the base steel sheet, when a B emission intensity is measured from a surface of the insulation coating by a glow discharge emission spectroscopy.
