Low Profile Pocket Tool
This invention is directed toward a versatile, low profile pocket tool. The pocket tool contains only a single backing plate and can be made without using any screws, pins, or other fasteners. In that way, the implements can easily be removed and interchanged. The stability of the pocket tool is gained by using an tabs that interlock around a track on the implement. This interlocking facilitates rotation and stability. In embodiments, there can be a single tab and a single track, or multiple tabs and multiple tracks.

Lockable tool with sliding scale release
A lockable tool with a sliding scale release is formed with a frame and a tool coupled to the frame with a locking mechanism to lock the tool into an extended or retracted configuration. A release mechanism is attached to a scale on the side of the frame. The scale is coupled to the frame. The tool is constructed such that sliding the scale along a longitudinal axis of the frame automatically unlocks the tool from the extended or retracted configurations. The tool can open and/or close automatically. The tool, such as a knife, can swing open or extend out a front opening in the frame.

A handheld device configured to accomplish several functions can include a body having a front side and a rear side. The front and rear sides can extend in parallel and can be spaced apart by a top side, a bottom side, an upper side, and a lower side. The top side can include a slot configured to receive a credit card or an identification card therein. The front side can include an opening into the slot. The bottom side can include a glass breaker extending therethrough. The glass breaker can be movable with respect to the body. A cutter can extend outwardly from the lower side. The cutter can at least partially surround a blade and can be configured to cut a seat belt. A guard can be removably attachable to a portion of the lower side and the cutter.
FACIAL HAIR GROOMING TOOL
A personal grooming tool, more particularly an accessory for grooming facial hair, and more particularly for grooming beards. The tool includes a body, or handle, configured to be grasped by the user. Movably mounted in relation to the handle are at least a pair of combs, each between a retracted position and at least a use position. The tool also includes a brush, the bristles of which are affixed to the handle and which extend away from the handle. In respective retracted positions, each of the first and second combs is retracted within a respective one of two sides of the handle, and in the respective retracted positions, the first and second combs are also between the first side of the handle and bristles of the brush. The tool can also include a cover case configured to be removably affixed to the bristles of the brush.
FACIAL HAIR GROOMING TOOL
A personal grooming tool, more particularly an accessory for grooming facial hair, and more particularly for grooming beards. The tool includes a body, or handle, configured to be grasped by the user. Movably mounted in relation to the handle are at least a pair of combs, each between a retracted position and at least a use position. The tool also includes a brush, the bristles of which are affixed to the handle and which extend away from the handle. In respective retracted positions, each of the first and second combs is retracted within a respective one of two sides of the handle, and in the respective retracted positions, the first and second combs are also between the first side of the handle and bristles of the brush. The tool can also include a cover case configured to be removably affixed to the bristles of the brush.
