Provided is a high strength steel sheet that has a predetermined chemical composition and is manufactured under optimum conditions, the high strength steel sheet having a steel microstructure including, by area, ferrite: 30% or more and 80% or less, martensite: 5% or more and 35% or less, and retained austenite: 8% or more, wherein the quotient of the area fraction of grains of the retained austenite, the grains having an aspect ratio of 2.0 or more and a minor axis length of 1 μm or less, divided by the total area fraction of the retained austenite is 0.3 or more, wherein the quotient of the average Mn content (mass %) in the retained austenite divided by the average Mn content (mass %) in the ferrite is 1.5 or more.
NB MICROALLOYED HIGH STRENGTH HIGH HOLE EXPANSION STEEL AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed are a Nb microalloyed high strength high hole expansion steel and a production method therefor. The chemical ingredients of the steel in percentages by weight are as follows: 0.01-0.05% of C, 0.2-0.6% of Si, 0.8-1.5% of Mn, ≤0.02% of P, ≤0.005% of S, ≤0.008% of N, <0.001% of Als, ≤0.0050% of Ca, 0.01-0.08% of Nb, and optionally one or both of 0.1-0.6% of Cu and 0.005-0.04% of Sn, wherein Mn/S>250, total oxygen [O].sub.T is 0.007-0.020%, and the balance is Fe and inevitable impurities. In the present invention, microalloy elements such as Nb are selectively added, and the basicity of slag, the type and melting point of the inclusion in steel, the content of free oxygen in molten steel, and the content of acid-soluble aluminum Als during the smelting process are controlled, and then, a strip is cast by means of twin-roll thin strip continuous casting, and the strip directly enters a lower closed chamber in a non-oxidizing atmosphere and enters an online rolling mill for hot rolling in closed conditions, and after rolling, the strip steel is cooled by air atomization cooling, and finally, the produced steel coil can be used directly as a hot rolled plate or can be used after acid pickling and leveling.

A bearing part includes a quench-hardened layer in a surface of the bearing part. The quench-hardened layer includes a plurality of martensite crystal grains. A ratio of a total area of the plurality of martensite crystal grains in the quench-hardened layer is more than or equal to 70%. The plurality of martensite crystal grains are classified into a first group and a second group. A minimum value of crystal grain sizes of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the first group is larger than a maximum value of crystal grain sizes of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the second group. A value obtained by dividing a total area of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the first group by the total area of the plurality of martensite crystal grains is more than or equal to 0.5.

A cold-rolled high-strength steel plate having excellent phosphating performance and formability and a manufacturing method therefor. The chemical composition of the steel plate is, in percentage by weight, C 0.01-0.20%, Si 1.50-2.50%, Mn 1.50-2.50%, P≤0.02%, S≤0.02%, Al 0.03-0.06%, N≤0.01%, the remainder being Fe and impurities. The surface layer of the steel plate has an inner oxide layer with a thickness of 1-5 μm, and there is no enrichment of Si and Mn on the surface of the steel plate. The steel plate has tensile strength of ≥980 MPa and an elongation of ≥20%. The structure at the room temperature contains retained austenite, ferrite, and martensite and/or bainite.

A steel sheet includes: a predetermined chemical composition; and a steel structure represented by, in area %, first martensite in which two or more iron carbides each having a circle-equivalent diameter of 2 nm to 500 nm are contained in each lath: 20% to 95%, ferrite: 15% or less, retained austenite: 15% or less, and the balance: bainite, or second martensite in which less than two iron carbides each having a circle-equivalent diameter of 2 nm to 500 nm are contained in each lath, or the both of these, in which the total area fraction of ND//<111> orientation grains and ND//<100> orientation grains is 40% or less, and the content of solid-solution C is 0.44 ppm or more.

The invention relates to a method for producing a component from a medium manganese flat steel product having 4 to less than 10 wt. % Mn, 0.0005 to 0.9 wt. % C, 0.02 to 10 wt. % Al, the remainder iron, including unavoidable steel-accompanying elements, and having a TRIP effect at room temperature. In order to produce a component, which is distinguished by very high strengths and an increased residual strain and re-shaping capacity, the flat steel product, according to the invention, is re-shaped by at least one re-shaping step to form a component and, before and/or during and/or after the at least one re-shaping step, the flat steel product is cooled down to a temperature of the flat steel product of less than room temperature to −196° C. The invention further relates to a component produced by this method and to a use for said components.

The steel includes (in wt. %) C: 0.01-0.2; Mn: 3.1-9.0; Al: 0.5-3.0; and optionally further alloying elements selected from Si, Cr, V, Nb, Ti and Mo; inevitable impurities and the balance is Fe.
