METAL WIRING AND CONDUCTIVE SHEET BOTH EXCELLENT IN BENDING RESISTANCE, AND METAL PASTE FOR FORMING THE METAL WIRING

The present invention relates to a metal wiring, to be formed on a flexible substrate, including a sintered body of silver particles. The sintered body constituting the metal wiring has a volume resistivity of 20 μΩ.Math.cm or less, hardness of 0.38 GPa or less, and a Young's modulus of 7.0 GPa or less. A conductive sheet provided with the metal wiring can be produced by applying/calcinating, on a substrate, a metal paste containing, as a solid content, silver particles having prescribed particle size and particle size distribution, and further containing, as a conditioner, an ethyl cellulose having a number average molecular weight of 10,000 or more and 90,000 or less. The metal wiring of the present invention is excellent in bending resistance with change in electrical characteristics suppressed even through repetitive bending deformation.

CAMG2-BASED ALLOY HYDRIDE MATERIAL FOR HYDROLYSIS PRODUCTION OF HYDROGEN, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF

Provided are a CaMg.sub.2-based alloy hydride material for hydrolysis production of hydrogen, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The material has a general formula of CaMg.sub.xM.sub.yH.sub.z, wherein M is Ni, Co or Fe, 1.5≦x<2.0, 0<y≦0.5, and 3≦z<6. The preparation method for the material comprises the following steps: (1) stacking three pure metal block materials in a crucible, wherein a metal block material M is placed at the top; (2) installing the crucible in a high-frequency induction melting furnace, evacuating and introducing an argon gas; (3) starting the high-frequency induction melting furnace to heat at a low power first, then increasing the power to uniformly fuse same; and thereafter cooling with the furnace to obtain an alloy ingot, and hammer-milling to obtain a hydrogen storage alloy based on CaMg.sub.2; and (4) hydrogenating the hammer-milled hydrogen storage alloy to obtain the material for hydrolysis production of hydrogen. The preparation method is simple and low in cost. The material can absorb hydrogen at normal temperature with a good hydrogen absorption performance The prepared hydrogen is pure, and can be directly introduced into and used in a hydrogen fuel battery.

ALUMINUM ALLOY WORKPIECE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The present disclosure provides an aluminum alloy workpiece and a preparation method thereof. By optimizing a composition of the aluminum alloy workpiece, the aluminum alloy workpiece can be prepared by laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) in the preparation method, thereby forming a target metallographic phase. The preparation method overcomes the problem that the composition of a high temperature-resistant and high-strength aluminum alloy designed based on the traditional casting and forging process cannot be matched with the LPBF, and makes full use of rapid cooling of the LPBF to prepare an aluminum alloy composition of a target crystal phase. The preparation method combines the aluminum alloy composition with the LPBF to achieve mutual promotion, thereby forming a target workpiece, such that an aluminum alloy with high strength and toughness at room temperature/high temperature can be prepared by the LPBF.

A castable, moldable, or extrudable magnesium-based alloy that includes one or more insoluble additives. The insoluble additives can be used to enhance the mechanical properties of the structure, such as ductility and/or tensile strength. The final structure can be enhanced by heat treatment, as well as deformation processing such as extrusion, forging, or rolling, to further improve the strength of the final structure as compared to the non-enhanced structure. The magnesium-based composite has improved thermal and mechanical properties by the modification of grain boundary properties through the addition of insoluble nanoparticles to the magnesium alloys. The magnesium-based composite can have a thermal conductivity that is greater than 180 W/m-K, and/or ductility exceeding 15-20% elongation to failure.
