A hot stamped steel includes a base material, a plated layer that is formed on a surface of the base material, and an oxide film that is formed on a surface of the plated layer; chemical composition of the plated layer contains 20.00 to 45.00 mass % of Al, 10.00 to 45.00 mass % of Fe, 4.50 to 15.00 mass % of Mg, 0.10 to 3.00 mass % of Si, 0.05 to 3.00 mass % of Ca, 0 to 0.50 mass % of Sb, 0 to 0.50 mass % of Pb, 0 to 1.00 mass % of Cu, 0 to 1.00 mass % of Sn, 0 to 1.00 mass % of Ti, 0 to 0.50 mass % of Sr, 0 to 1.00 mass % of Cr, 0 to 1.00 mass % of Ni, and 0 to 1.00 mass % of Mn with a remainder of Zn and impurities; and chemical composition of the oxide film contains 20.0 to 55.0 at % of Mg, 0.5 to 15.0 at % of Ca, 0 to 15.0 at % of Zn, and 0 at % or more and less than 10.0 at % of Al with a remainder of O and a total of 5.0 at % or less of impurities, and the adhesion amount of the oxide film per one surface is in a range of 0.01 to 10 g/m.sup.2.

LONG-LIFE ALUMINUM ALLOY WITH A HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE AND HELICALLY GROOVED TUBE PRODUCED FROM THE ALLOY

An aluminium alloy including 1.0-1.5 wt % Mn, up to 0.1 wt % Mg, up to 0.3 wt % Si, up to 0.3 wt % Fe, up to 0.1 wt % Cu, up to 0.25 wt % Cr, up to 0.1 wt % Ni, up to 0.3 wt % Zn, up to 0.1% Ti, up to 0.2 Zr. The allow also includes impurities, each no more than 0.05 wt. % and wherein the total of impurities is no more than 0.15 wt. %, with the balance being aluminum.

LONG-LIFE ALUMINUM ALLOY WITH A HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE AND HELICALLY GROOVED TUBE PRODUCED FROM THE ALLOY

An aluminium alloy including 1.0-1.5 wt % Mn, up to 0.1 wt % Mg, up to 0.3 wt % Si, up to 0.3 wt % Fe, up to 0.1 wt % Cu, up to 0.25 wt % Cr, up to 0.1 wt % Ni, up to 0.3 wt % Zn, up to 0.1% Ti, up to 0.2 Zr. The allow also includes impurities, each no more than 0.05 wt. % and wherein the total of impurities is no more than 0.15 wt. %, with the balance being aluminum.

Rare earth cobalt-based permanent magnet

A rare-earth cobalt permanent magnet with good magnetic properties is provided. A rare-earth cobalt permanent magnet contains 23 to 27 mass % R, 3.5 to 5.0 mass % Cu, 18 to 25 mass % Fe, 1.5 to 3.0 mass % Zr in mass and a remainder Co with inevitable impurities, where an element R is a rare earth element at least containing Sm. The rare-earth cobalt permanent magnet has a metal structure including a plurality of crystal grains and a continuously extending grain boundary. A content of Cu in the grain boundary is higher than a content of Cu in the crystal grains, and a content of Zr in the grain boundary is higher than a content of Zr in the crystal grains.

A rare-earth cobalt permanent magnet with good magnetic properties is provided. A rare-earth cobalt permanent magnet contains 23 to 27 mass % R, 3.5 to 5.0 mass % Cu, 18 to 25 mass % Fe, 1.5 to 3.0 mass % Zr in mass and a remainder Co with inevitable impurities, where an element R is a rare earth element at least containing Sm. The rare-earth cobalt permanent magnet has a metal structure including a plurality of crystal grains and a continuously extending grain boundary. A content of Cu in the grain boundary is higher than a content of Cu in the crystal grains, and a content of Zr in the grain boundary is higher than a content of Zr in the crystal grains.

A method for manufacturing an R-T-B permanent magnet comprises a diffusion step of adhering a diffusing material to the surface of a magnet base material and heating the magnet base material with the diffusing material adhered thereto, wherein the magnet base material comprises rare-earth elements R, transition metal elements T and boron B; at least some of R are Nd; at least some of T are Fe; the diffusing material comprises a first component, a second component and a third component; the first component is at least one of a simple substance of Tb and a simple substance of Dy; the second component comprises a metal comprising at least one of Nd and Pr and not comprising Tb and Dy; and the third component is at least one selected from the group consisting of a simple substance of Cu, an alloy comprising Cu, and a compound of Cu.

A method for manufacturing an R-T-B permanent magnet comprises a diffusion step of adhering a diffusing material to the surface of a magnet base material and heating the magnet base material with the diffusing material adhered thereto, wherein the magnet base material comprises rare-earth elements R, transition metal elements T and boron B; at least some of R are Nd; at least some of T are Fe; the diffusing material comprises a first component, a second component and a third component; the first component is at least one of a simple substance of Tb and a simple substance of Dy; the second component comprises a metal comprising at least one of Nd and Pr and not comprising Tb and Dy; and the third component is at least one selected from the group consisting of a simple substance of Cu, an alloy comprising Cu, and a compound of Cu.

The present invention relates to a process of manufacturing skiing equipment using a high-entropy alloy, especially manufacturing for a bottom member of a ski, a blade of an ice skate shoe or the bottom member of a skiing vehicle. The high-entropy alloy is used to prepare skiing equipment, so that the skiing equipment has a small friction coefficient, obtains good speed, and can be driven with less energy, which realizes energy-saving effect.
