A coated steel member includes: a steel sheet substrate containing, as a chemical composition, by mass %, C: 0.25% to 0.65%, Si: 0.10% to 1.00%, Mn: 0.30% 1.00%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.0100% or less, N: 0.010% or less, Ti: 0.010% to 0.100%, B: 0.0005% to 0.0100%, Nb: 0.02% to 0.10%, Mo: 0.10% to 1.00%, Cu: 0.15% to 1.00%, and Ni: 0.05% to 0.25%; and a coating formed on a surface of the steel sheet substrate and containing Al and Fe. The maximum Cu content in a range from the surface to a depth of 5.0 μm is 150% or more of the Cu content of the steel sheet substrate.
FERRITIC STAINLESS STEEL SHEET
A ferritic stainless steel sheet includes a base metal and a nitrided layer that is formed on a surface of the base metal, a chemical composition of the base metal contains, in mass %, C: 0.001 to 0.020%, Si: 0.01 to 1.50%, Mn: 0.01 to 1.50%, P: 0.010 to 0.050%, S: 0.0001 to 0.010%, Cr: 16.0 to 25.0%, N: 0.001 to 0.030%, Ti: 0.01 to 0.30%, and optional elements, with the balance: Fe and unavoidable impurities, a steel microstructure of the base metal includes, in volume ratio, 95% or more of a ferritic phase, the nitrided layer is a layer that is present in a region from a surface of a rolled surface to a 0.05 μm depth position in a sheet thickness direction, and an average nitrogen concentration in the nitrided layer is, in mass %, 0.80% or more.

Provided is an alloy having a high strength and a low thermal expansion coefficient. The alloy according to the present disclosure includes a chemical composition containing, in mass %: C: 0.10% or less, Si: 0.50% or less, Mn: 0.15 to 0.60%, P: 0.015% or less, 5: 0.0030% or less, Ni: 30.0 to 40.0%, Cr: 0.50% or less, Mo: 0.50% or less, Co: 0.250% or less, Al: 0.0150% or less, Ca: 0.0050% or less, Mg: 0.0300% or less, N: 0.0100% or less, O: 0.0300% or less, Pb: 0.0040% or less, and Zn: 0.020% or less, one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Nb: 0 to less than 0.145%, Ti: 0 to less than 0.145%, and. V: 0 to less than 0.145%: 0.015 to less than 0.145% in total, with the balance being Fe and impurities, and satisfying Formula (1).

A hot-rolled steel sheet for a non-oriented electrical steel sheet containing, in mass %, components of C: 0.0010% to 0.0050%, Si: 1.90% to 3.50%, Al: 0.10% to 3.00%, Mn: 0.05% to 2.00%, P: 0.10% or less, S: 0.005% or less, N: 0.0040% or less and B: 0.0060% or less with a remainder consisting of Fe and impurities, in which, in a sheet width-direction end portion of the hot-rolled steel sheet for a non-oriented electrical steel sheet, a C concentration [atom %] in a crystal grain boundary is 3.0 or more times a P concentration [atom %], and the C concentration [atom %] in the crystal grain boundary of the hot-rolled steel sheet for a non-oriented electrical steel sheet is 3.5 or more times a C concentration in a crystal grain.
AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEEL SHEET
This austenitic stainless steel sheet contains, as a chemical composition, by mass %, C: 0.030% or less, Si: 1.0% or less, Mn: 1.5% or less, Cr: 15.0% or more and 20.0% or less, Ni: 6.5% or more and 9.0% or less, N: 0.030% or more and 0.150% or less, any one of Nb, V, and Ti or two or more thereof in total: 0.030% or more and 0.300% or less, Mo: 0% or more and 2.0% or less, Cu: 0% or more and 1.5% or less, Co: 0% or more and 1.0% or less, P: 0.10% or less, S: 0.010% or less, and Al: 0.10% or less, in which a remainder includes Fe and impurities, the average grain size is 5.0 μm or less, and the non-recrystallization rate is more than 3% and 20% or less.
NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Provides is a non-oriented electrical steel sheet suitable for use in a rotor of an IPM motor that has excellent magnetic flux density B.sub.50 and high-frequency iron loss properties, high tensile strength and fatigue strength, and little variation in tensile strength. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet has a predetermined steel sheet chemical composition and a microstructure in which a ratio of non-recrystallized microstructure is 5% or more and 70% or less and the number of inclusion having a diameter of 5 μm or more is not more than 5 counts/mm.sup.2.
STEEL SHEET, MEMBER, AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
The steel sheet of the present invention has a steel microstructure containing, in area fraction, martensite: from 20% to 100%, ferrite: from 0% to 80%, and another metal phase: 5% or less, and in which a ratio of a dislocation density in metal phases on a surface of the steel sheet to a dislocation density in the metal phases in a thicknesswise central portion of the steel sheet is from 30% to 80%. The maximum amount of warpage of the steel sheet when the steel sheet is sheared to a length of 1 m in a rolling direction is 15 mm or less.
NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET, MOTOR CORE, AND PRODUCTION METHODS THEREOF
A non-oriented electrical steel sheet produced by hot-rolling a steel slab containing Si: 2.8 to 6.5 mass % and Zn: 0.0005 to 0.0050 mass % followed by cold rolling and finish annealing, a coating agent containing at least one element from Sn, Sb, P, S, Se, As, Te, B, Pb, and Bi is applied to the surface after annealing forming an insulation coating with nitriding-suppressing ability. Alternatively, an intermediate layer containing at least one element from Sn, Sb, P, S, Se, As, Te, B, Pb, and Bi and having a nitriding-suppressing ability forms on the steel sheet iron matrix after the annealing and forms an insulation coating, without above elements, on the intermediate layer thus obtaining a non-oriented electrical steel sheet wherein a high strength rotor core with and stator core with excellent magnetic is simultaneously obtained, and a motor core including a stator core and rotor core from the steel sheet.
In a production of a non-oriented electrical steel sheet by hot-rolling a steel slab containing Si: 2.8 to 6.5 mass % and Zn: 0.0005 to 0.0050 mass % followed by cold rolling and finish annealing, a coating agent containing at least one element selected from Sn, Sb, P, S, Se, As, Te, B, Pb, and Bi is applied to the steel sheet surface after the finish annealing to form an insulation coating with a nitriding-suppressing ability.
