Provided is a hot-dip galvanized steel plate which is applicable as a material for a vehicle outer panel and has an excellent bake hardenability and anti-aging property at room temperature, and a method for manufacturing a hot-dip galvanized steel plate, the method comprising a process including the steps of: winding a hot-rolled steel plate, followed by cooling at a speed of 0.002-0.027° C./sec; cold-rolling the cooled steel plate; continuously annealing the cold-rolled steel plate; and cooling the annealed steel plate in the multi-stage manner of primary to third rounds.

The present disclosure provides a cold-rolled steel sheet having excellent high-temperature properties and room-temperature workability, including, by weight: carbon (C): 0.0005 to 0.003%, manganese (Mn): 0.20 to 0.50%, aluminum (Al): 0.01 to 0.10%, phosphorus (P): 0.003 to 0.020%, nitrogen (N): 0.0005 to 0.004%, sulfur (S): 0.015% or less, niobium (Nb): 0.005 to 0.040%, chromium (Cr): 0.10 to 0.50%, tungsten (W): 0.02 to 0.07%, and a balance of iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities, wherein C, Nb, and W satisfy the following relationship 1, a microstructure comprises 95 area % or more of polygonal ferrite and 5 area % or less of acicular ferrite, and
the cold-rolled steel sheet comprises (Nb,W)C-based precipitates having an average size of 0.005 to 0.10 m and a method for manufacturing the same:

Provided herein is a plated steel sheet having a yield ratio, strength (tensile strength), elongation, hole expansibility, and CTS. A method for producing the plated steel sheet is also provided, among others. A steel sheet of a specific composition is provided that has a micro structure containing 70 to 90% of ferrite, 5 to 20% of martensite, 5% or less of retained austenite, 10% or less of bainite, and 5% or less of perlite by volume. The ferrite has an average crystal grain diameter of 20 m or less. The martensite has an average crystal grain diameter of 5 m or less. The retained austenite has an average crystal grain diameter of 5 m or less. The bainite has an average crystal grain diameter of 7 m or less. The steel sheet has a tensile strength of 590 MPa or more.

The plated steel material is a plated steel material including a steel material and a plating layer provided on the surface of the steel material, wherein the plating layer has a predetermined average chemical composition, when the amount of Mg is % Mg and the amount of Al is % Al, % Mg/% Al is 0.80 or more, and a metal structure in a total field of view of 25,000 m.sup.2 in a vertical cross section which is a cross section in a thickness direction of the plating layer includes 10 to 40 area % of a MgZn.sub.2 phase, 10 to 30 area % of an AlZn phase with a Zn content of 10% or more, 0 to 15 area % of an Al phase with a Zn content of less than 10%, and 25 area % or more of an Al/MgZn.sub.2/Zn ternary eutectic structure.
