3D CONCRETE PRINTING WITH WELL ANCHORING CORDS
A concrete construction (100) made by 3D concrete printing that contains: two or more layers (102, 106) of cementitious material extruded one above the other, and at least one elongated steel element (104, 108) reinforcing at least one of the two or more layers. The elongated steel element (104, 108) is provided with a first crimp. Due to the crimp, a good anchorage in concrete is obtained and the anchorage force is predictable, since the standard deviation of the anchorage force is very small. The elongated steel element can be a single steel wire with a diameter D, the amplitude of the crimp ranges from 1.05×D to 5.0×D. The elongated steel element can also be a steel with steel filaments having a maximum diameter d. The amplitude of the crimp ranges from 1.05×d to 5.0×d.

The Zn alloy plated steel material includes a lower interface layer and an upper interface layer between the base steel material and the Zn alloy plating layer, wherein the lower interface layer is formed on the base steel material and has a dense structure, and the upper interface layer is formed on the lower interface layer and has a network-type or island-type structure.
Method of producing press-hardened and coated steel parts at a high productivity rate
A fabrication method for a press hardened part is provided. A sheet or a steel substrate blank for heat treatment is provided. A pre-coating is applied. The pre-coating has at least one layer of aluminum or aluminum alloy in contact with the steel substrate on at least one of the principal faces of the sheet or blank. Then a polymerized layer is deposited on the pre-coating. The polymerized layer has a thickness between 2 and 30 μm. The polymerized layer does not contain silicon, has a nitrogen content of less than 1% by weight and carbon pigments in a quantity between 3 and 30% by weight. The blank or the sheet is heated to obtain an interdiffusion between the steel substrate and the pre-coating and to give the steel a partly or totally austenitic structure. Then the blank or the sheet is hot stamped to obtain a part. The part is cooled by holding the part in a stamping tool so that the microstructure of the steel substrate includes, at least in a portion of the part, martensite or bainite.
