ELECTRICAL AUTOMATED NAIL-CLIPPING DEVICE
An electrically-powered nail cutting apparatus includes a housing having a front face and a rear face, two sides, a top and a bottom. The front face of the housing having an open slot at least 0.5 mm in height and between 0.7 cm and 4 cm in width, the slot having a front-facing opening and a rear-facing opening. Within the housing and proximal to the rear-facing opening is a vertically translating nail-cutting blade plate associated with an electric motor that is configured to translate the nail-cutting blade plate consecutively down and up. The blade plate is a solid material having an opening therein, wherein the top of the opening comprises a cutting blade with a cutting edge within the opening such that the cutting edge is adjacent the rear-facing element.
NAIL CLIPPING AND COLLECTING DEVICE
A nail clipping and collecting device includes a housing and a clipper. The housing defines an interior volume and includes first and second actuation mechanisms. The clipper is enclosed by the housing. The clipper includes a first support having an end with a first cutting edge and a second support movably connected to the first support and having an end with a second cutting edge. The clipper includes a first lever arm having a first portion coupled to the first support and a second portion having a first interfacing surface interfacing with the first actuation mechanism and a second lever arm having a first portion coupled to the second support and a second portion having a second interfacing surface interfacing with the second actuation mechanism. As the first and second actuation mechanisms are actuated, the clipper is brought from a first disengaged position to a second engaged position.
Nail Clipper
A nail clipper includes a cutting jaw with a tongue as a mechanism to prevent nail clippings from flying away and a cutting board with a safety guide as a safety mechanism to prevent accidental cuts into finger/toe flesh. The tooth edge of the cutting tooth and the cutting board may either be both vertically curved with a matching curvature to better fit the curvature of the naturally curved nails or be both straight (as opposed to curved). A variation of the nail clipper has the cutting board being replaced with another identical cutting jaw with a tongue to just make use of the tongues for grabbing nail clippings.
NAIL CLIPPER
A nail clipper includes a cutting unit which includes an inner elastic plate which is bent such that a pair of cutting blades faces each other and the inner elastic plate has elastic restoring force, an outer elastic plate which is bent to surround an outer surface of the inner elastic plate and has elastic restoring force, and a pushing plate which has one end assembled to a support shaft disposed in inner and outer shaft holes penetratively formed in the inner and outer elastic plates and elastically deforms the inner and outer elastic plates by being pushed; a handle unit which includes a first main body which has an internal space into which the cutting unit is inserted and disposed, and a scattering prevention unit prevents a cut object cut by the cutting blades from scattering.
NAIL CLIPPER WITH DETACHABLE NAIL COLLECTOR
This invention relates to a nail clipper comprising a first portion comprising a first blade and a second blade each having a cutting edge at the anterior end, the second blade coupled to the first blade using a pin that passes through each of the first blade and the second blade at a point located close to the cutting edges and a detachable nail collector capable of being slided on the posterior ends of the first blade and the second blade so as to form a cavity, and a second portion rotatably coupled, at the anterior end, to the first portion via the pin.
Device for Capture of Nail Clippings
This device is a modified nail clipper or an attachment for a nail clipper that captures nail clippings from spilling during operation. It allows one to quickly trim ones nails and rapidly dispose of the nail clippings by rotation of a lever configured around the internal region of the clipper. This device may benefit athletes, those in group living situations and beauty salons.
ELECTRONIC NAIL CLIPPER DEVICE AND METHOD
An electronic nail clipper includes a housing configured to receive a digit of a user, a power port, a clipped nail egress port, and a transparent panel to view the digit. Also included in the electronic nail clipper is an energy storage fixed to the housing and electrically coupled to the power port, an electronic clipper fixed to the housing the electronic clipper configured to clip the nail when the digit is received by the housing; and to eject clipped nails via the clipped nail egress port. A cap is also included to cover and protect the receiving end of the electronic nail clipper while not in use.
NAIL CLIPPER ASSEMBLY
A nail clipper assembly, including a hollow body accommodating a nail clipping mechanism which includes a pair arms, each terminating in a blade, such that a gap is formed between the blades. A button is disposed in a portal in the body and is depressible from the exterior of the hollow body. The button engaging one of the arms, and depression of the button reduces the gap between the blades. A unitarily formed front cover includes a hollow portion defining a portal which accommodates the blades, and a pair of symmetrical extensions, extending rearwardly from its sides. When the nail clipper assembly is closed, the blades are disposed within the portal and are flush with a front end of the front cover. Nail clippings generated during use of the nail clipping mechanism are collected within the hollow body portion of the front cover.
Nail clipping and cutting device
A nail clipping device of the present invention presents a nail clipper and a housing adaptable to fit onto the nail clipper. The housing is made of a resilient material having open scoop overhanging cutting portions of the nail clipper for receiving nail clippings. The housing is designed to allow convenient collection and disposal of the nail clippings. The housing includes a magnifying glass connected thereto for better targeting of the nails to be clipped.
Nail Clipping Cylinder
A nail clipping cylinder provides a layer of memory foam upon which the tip of the finger or thumb rests when inserted, a blade and one or more sensors which detect the presence of the finger or thumb, extend grippers to gently hold the tip of the finger or toe, detect the contours of the portion of the nail which is to be removed, and position the blade as necessary to trim and remove that portion. Preferably, this detection and positioning system is comprised of a fiber-optic camera, image recognition software, and a servomotor. The user may then press a button to activate the blade. The nail is safely trimmed and the clipping is retained by the cylinder for later disposal. The cylinder is manufactured entirely from recycled materials.
