Cosmetic powder containers with powder accumulation management systems are provided to reduce waste and mess related to the loss of cosmetic powder. In general, examples of systems described herein generally include a sifter positioned above the cosmetic powder with apertures configured for bi-directional pass-through of cosmetic powder. In some examples, the sifter is dome-shaped with a concave upper surface. To manage accumulation of cosmetic powder on an upper surface of the sifter, a sweeper projection is provided to collect cosmetic powder on the upper surface and direct the cosmetic powder toward the apertures of the sifter for pass-through back into the container. In this regard, accumulation of cosmetic powder on the upper surface of the sifter is managed, limiting waste and mess during use of the cosmetic powder.

A resilient member is axially biased between the inner end of the room and the case so that the case is movable within the recess. When in use, the cover is removed from the base, and the puff presses onto the cosmetic material and the case is resiliently moved in the recess so as to evenly attach the cosmetic material to the puff. The puff includes a dome-shaped top which is easily and conveniently applied to the desired position.

The present invention relates to a cosmetics compact container having a discharge plate for evenly discharging cosmetics. More specifically, the discharge plate and a distribution plate are coupled by the discharge plate having a ring-shaped button member thereunder and the button member having rectangular pressure grooves on opposite sides of the inner circumferential surface, and the distribution plate being provided under the button member, and the outer circumferential surface of the distribution plate having rectangular pressure protrusions, with arc-shaped tops, positioned so as to correspond to the rectangular pressure grooves of the button member. As such, when the button member is pressed to discharge cosmetics, even if the button member is pressed at an angle, the distribution plate can uniformly press a pump vertically as the rectangular pressure grooves of the button member press on the arc-shaped tops of the rectangular pressure protrusions on opposite sides of the distribution plate. Additionally, the top surface of the distribution plate has a ring-shaped discharge channel, the outer side thereof having outer discharge holes and the inner side thereof having inner discharge holes, and the ring-shaped discharge channel is connected to the central discharge channel. However, control protrusions are formed in front of the outer discharge holes so as to prevent the cosmetics discharged from the central discharge channel from immediately discharging through the outer discharge holes and inner discharge holes, thus allowing cosmetics to evenly discharge through discharge holes on the discharge plate.
