BENEFIT AGENT DELIVERY SYSTEM USING ELECTROPLATING
A benefit agent delivery system whereby benefit agents can be delivered on demand. The benefit agent delivery system comprises a first electrode layer, a microcell layer, a sealing layer, and a second electrode layer. The microcell layer comprises a plurality of microcells, each microcell of the plurality of microcells containing a carrier and a benefit agent, and a metallic layer spanning an opening of each microcell of the plurality of microcells. Application of an electric field across a microcell causes the removal of at least a portion of the metallic layer from the microcell opening, and enabling the benefit agent to be delivered from the benefit agent delivery system.
Copper foil free from generation of wrinkles, electrode comprising the same, secondary battery comprising the same and method for manufacturing the same
Disclosed is a copper foil including a copper layer having a matte surface and a shiny surface, and an anticorrosive layer disposed on the copper layer, wherein the copper foil has a residual stress of 0.5 to 25 Mpa, based on absolute value, and the copper layer has a plurality of crystal planes, wherein a ratio [TCR (220)] of a texture coefficient (TC) of (220) crystal plane of the copper layer to a total of texture coefficients (TC) of (111), (200), (220) and (311) crystal planes of the copper layer is 5 to 30%.
Jar assembly
The present disclosure is related to jars and containers and, more particularly, to the manufacture of readily recyclable jars and containers. An exemplary jar is comprised of an aluminum base and a first aluminum inner cup provided with a first cavity defined with the aluminum base. An outer thread is provided about an exterior surface of the aluminum base, and an aluminum lid with a second aluminum inner cup is provided within a second cavity defined within the aluminum lid. An inner thread mateable with the outer thread is provided about an interior surface of the second aluminum inner cup. A method of manufacturing readily recyclable jars can comprise providing a primary metal material and optionally applying a precoating to the primary metal material. The primary metal material may be formed into a jar with mating threads and a lid with mating threads. The primary metal material may optionally be finished. A liner may optionally be inserted. The lid and jar are then assembled, and a plastic cup may optionally be installed.
SEALING ARTICLE COMPRISING METAL COATING, METHOD OF MAKING AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A method of making a sealing article that includes a body and a coating layer disposed on at least one surface of the body. The body comprises a polymeric elastomer such as perfluoroelastomer or fluoroelastomer. The coating layer comprises at least one metal. The sealing article may be a seal, a gasket, an O-ring, a T-ring or any other suitable product. The sealing article is resistant to ultra-violet (UV) light and plasma, and may be used for sealing a semiconductor processing chamber.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN APERTURE PLATE
An aperture plate is manufactured by plating metal around a mask of resist columns having a desired size, pitch, and profile, which yields a wafer about 60 μm thickness. This is approximately the full desired target aperture plate thickness. The plating is continued so that the metal overlies the top surfaces of the columns until the desired apertures are achieved. This needs only one masking/plating cycle to achieve the desired plate thickness. Also, the plate has passageways formed beneath the apertures, formed as an integral part of the method, by mask material removal. These are suitable for entrainment of aerosolized droplets exiting the apertures.

Electrodeposited copper foil and copper clad laminate
An electrodeposited copper foil includes a bulk copper foil. When a weight of the electrodeposited copper foil is increased to 105.0 wt % during a thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) performed on the electrodeposited copper foil at a heating rate of 5° C./min and an air flow rate of 95 mL/min, a heating temperature of the TGA is defined as T.sub.105.0 wt % and in a range of 550° C. to 750° C.
