Process for manufacturing an applicator (3) comprising a loading/application part (4), with the succession of steps a/ a mould is provided, b/ thermoplastic elastomer material (M) with a hardness before injection of between 5 Shore A and 70 Shore A and inert gas (G) suitable for a physical foaming process are provided, c/ they are mixed, d/ the mixture is injection-moulded in the mould, e/ after the thermoplastic elastomer material has cooled and physical foaming thereof has been carried out, the filler/application part (4) which has an inner structure (11) with closed cells (11a) and a microporous surface structure (12) is removed, and with the absence of a step of depositing on the microporous surface structure (12) a flock or flock adhesion material.

A cap for an applicator includes an inlet, a base having a connection portion embodied for connecting the cap to the applicator or a container formed therein, a head that receives an application part of the applicator within the head, and a projection formed at a top part of the cap. The top part formed at an opposite end to the inlet, and the projection cooperating with an outlet of the applicator. The head includes a cylindrical or conical inner or outer shape and the connection portion has a round inner or outer shape, that is an oval, round or square shape.

A cosmetic brush fixing apparatus includes: an outer tubular body, a fixing ring, and a retainer connecting the outer tubular body with the fixing ring. The fixing ring is connected with a silicone disc which is formed with an insertion opening for mounting a cosmetic brush. A technical key point is that the fixing apparatus is for securing a hand-held part of the cosmetic brush, by using a motor to drive the fixing apparatus to rotate, bristles on the cosmetic brush are driven to rotate, which facilitates the cleaning of the cosmetic brush. By use of cutting grooves formed in the silicone disc, it can adapt to most of cosmetic brushes. Limiting grooves can make a circle center of a cross-section of the cosmetic brush and a circle center of the silicone disc basically coincide with each other when the cosmetic brush is inserted into the silicone disc.

An applicator head intended to be associated with a cosmetic dispensing package for dispensing and applying a fluid product. The applicator head includes a first applicator member and a second applicator member coupled to one side of the first applicator member. The second applicator member made of a material capable of holding and retaining a thermal charge. An upper surface of the applicator head defines an applicator surface adapted to apply and dispense the fluid product. The applicator surface is angled with respect to a longitudinal axis of the applicator head. A recessed concavity is formed on the applicator surface and a discharge opening is disposed within the recessed concavity. A first portion of the recessed concavity lies on the first applicator member and a second portion of the recessed concavity lies on the second applicator member.

Systems, methods, and apparatuses for implementing a self-contained cosmetic applicator kit are described herein. For example, according to one embodiment there is a cosmetic applicator kit including: a body, in which the body includes: a reservoir portion, in which the reservoir portion is to receive cosmetic material to be applied; an applicator storage recess to receive an applicator cap over a topmost end to seal the applicator storage recess; in which the applicator storage recess is to further receive an applicator comprising an applicator brush-head and an applicator body, in which the applicator brush-head is to receive the cosmetic material to be applied; a cosmetic material transfer compartment (“compartment”) to receive the cosmetic material to be applied, in which the compartment is to receive the applicator brush-head for transfer of the cosmetic material to be applied; a side door adjacent to the cosmetic material transfer compartment, in which the side door opens to provide access to the cosmetic material transfer compartment; a valve portion between the reservoir portion and the cosmetic material transfer compartment; and a pump having a top portion above the reservoir portion, in which the top portion of the pump activates to transport the cosmetic material from the reservoir portion into the cosmetic material transfer compartment through the valve portion; and a pump cap to seal over the pump. A nail polish application apparatus, comprising a mounting element comprising a capsule compartment adapted to receive one or more capsules containing a nail polish fluid wherein the mounting element is moveable by actuator(s) in longitudinal axis crossing a nail polish applying space and in lateral axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and is rotatable by the actuator(s) around the longitudinal axis, a pressure applying element adapted to apply pressure on a body portion of the capsule(s) installed in the capsule compartment wherein the body portion defines a reservoir containing a nail polish fluid, the pressure builds an internal pressure in the reservoir forcing extrusion of the nail polish fluid to a nail polish applying element integrated with the capsule(s), sensor(s) adapted to generate sensory data depicting the nail polish applying space and a control unit adapted to operate the actuator(s) and the pressure according to analysis of the sensory data.

A kit for usage by a nail polish application apparatus, the kit comprising one or more nail polish capsules. Each of the nail polish capsule(s) comprises a body portion defining a reservoir containing a nail polish fluid and a non-screw detachable cover having an integrated nail polish applying element. The non-screw detachable cover is mechanically coupled to an upper face of the body portion to seal an opening in the upper face.

A cosmetic applicator body including a cylindrical hollow body configured to contain a volume of cosmetic material, a first nib roller cooperatively engaged at a first end, and a second nib holder cooperatively engaged at a second end.

A rotary type linear reciprocating motion device includes: a driving part rotatably driven by a motor; a rotating part installed at one surface of the driving part, the rotating part transferring a rotational force of the driving part to an applicator; and a reciprocating part installed at the other surface of the driving part, the reciprocating part converting the rotational force of the driving part into a linear reciprocating motion force, the reciprocating part transferring the linear reciprocating motion force to the applicator. The driving part includes: a driving plate having both surfaces at which the rotating part and the reciprocating part are respectively installed; and a driving belt installed at an edge of the driving plate, the driving belt being in contact with a motor shaft of the motor to allow a driving force of the motor to be transferred to the driving plate by a frictional force.

An applicator including a main body having at least one compartment in which is stored at least one product, the product being liquid or semi-liquid or solid or gaseous, at least one applicator portion configured to deliver the at least one product to an object, and at least one activation mechanism configured to release the at least one product from the at least one compartment for delivery by the at least one applicator.
