There is a cutting device arranged on the housing adjacent the nozzles, the cutting device having at least one blade, wherein pressing the cutting device causes the blades to pierce the nozzles and allow contents of the containers to exit the containers and flow to the applicator.

Implementations described herein provide an apparatus and a method for applying mascara with a mascara applicator assembly. The mascara applicator assembly has a body. The body has an inner volume configured to accept mascara product. A stem is coupled to the body. The stem has a passage and one or more apertures. The one or more apertures extend through the stem and into the passage. A brush is disposed on a distal end of the stem and has a dispensing region and an application region. The dispensing region has bristle fibers arranged in an orientation different than the bristle fibers disposed in the application region.

At the front end of the pen body (1), a sleeve (18) is positioned which can be screwed on, and contained therein are LED/LEV lights (11), with a battery (15), for curing the applied gel varnish with UV light.

A liquid cosmetic container includes a container main body, a leading tube and an intermediate core. The intermediate core is disposed in the container main body and the leading tube, and the intermediate core sends a liquid cosmetic material.
