A refillable repetitively reusable dispensing apparatus including a dispenser housing having a sidewall, a base and an open top end. A removable cap is placed on the open top end. The cap has a plurality of apertures located therein. The side wall has an aperture located therethrough. There is a movable dispenser base located within the housing, wherein the movable dispenser base creates a seal with the sidewall. A screw rod having a knob attached, wherein when the knob is turned the screw rod is rotated. The screw rod and the knob are rotatably attached within the dispenser housing such that the knob protrudes through the aperture. A scissor lift is attached to the screw rod at one pair of ends. The scissor lift is attached to the movable dispenser base at the second pair of ends.

The key pattern of the insert cartridge can be a keyway in a keyway member of the inner body, and the key pattern of the dispenser base can be formed on a central column that forms a key member. The key patterns can be patterns of surface deviations, such as ridges and channels, that intermesh when the cosmetic insert cartridge is received by the dispenser base to produce a rotary driving engagement therebetween. A line of keyed cosmetic dispensers can be established by plural cosmetic dispensers with different key pattern combinations.

A repeatedly refillable reusable solution cartridge retrofit device for a dispenser includes a housing which has a bottom side and an opened upper side. A screw rod is coupled through the housing such that it is rotatably secured to the bottom of the housing. A cartridge plate further engages with the screw rod. The cartridge plate is connected to a cartridge which includes a spreadable substance. Upon use a housing of the cartridge is removed revealing the spreadable substance.

A repeatedly refillable reusable solution cartridge retrofit device for a dispenser includes a housing which has a bottom side and an opened upper side. The dispensing package includes a dispensing applicator having an interior chamber containing a viscous composition and a dispensing head disposed about at least a portion of the container to define an outer end of the container. The dispensing head has a front surface having a front surface centroid and an opposing rear surface having a rear surface centroid, and a plurality of dispensing orifices extending therethrough. Each of the plurality of dispensing orifices including a front open end having a front centroid on the front surface, a rear open end having a back centroid on the rear surface, and a dispensing orifice axis extending through the front and back centroids. A center axis extends through the front surface centroid and the rear surface centroid and a plane extending along the center axis. A first dispensing orifice of the plurality of dispensing orifices has a first dispensing orifice axis inclined at a first orifice acute angle α1 (degrees) relative to the plane, so as to intersect the plane at a first point above the front surface.

Dispensing package for controlled delivery of a viscous composition on a target surface. A refillable lipstick case comprising a refill, an outer shell and a cover. The refill is configured to be detachably received at least partially within a hollow cylindrical body of the outer shell such that the refill can be replaced when a cosmetic stick held within the refill is used up by a consumer. The outer shell and the cover are retained for re-use, and the refill can be replaced with a new refill.
