A dual-ended stick mechanism comprises a dual-ended holder cup that holds two stick products; a single inner body with longitudinal shaft; a single cam sleeve a with helical groove; two A-shell members; and two overcaps. When either overcap is rotated with respect to the opposite A-shell, the holder cup moves up and down. A register feature alerts the user that the holder cup has reached its neutral position.

A sealed lipstick case is proposed. More specifically, the sealed lipstick case includes: a lipstick lift part (10) enabling a lipstick (R) to be raised and lowered; a lower main body (20) to which a lower inner circumferential surface of the lipstick lift part (10) is coupled; and an upper cap (30) coupled to an upper outer circumferential surface of the lower main body (20), wherein the upper cap has an inner cap provided thereinside being in close contact with an upper part of the lower main body by a spring elastic force, and an inner hook for preventing the inner cap from being separated.

A cap for a tubular balm dispenser is disclosed. The cap includes a base portion and a sidewall. The sidewall extends perpendicularly from the base portion and defines a recess for receiving a tubular balm dispenser. The cap is open at one end opposite the base portion. The cap is formed from an elastomeric material. The sidewall has an inner sidewall surface removably attachable to the dispenser and configured to resist rotation of the tubular balm dispenser relative to the cap; wherein the elastomeric material provides a friction between the tubular balm dispenser and the cap when the tubular balm dispenser is inserted into the recess and seated against the base portion.

A bar-shaped cosmetic housing container includes: a dish member that holds a bar-shaped cosmetic and has an engaging portion; an inner cylinder member that has a dish-member guide groove with which the engaging portion of the dish member is engaged and a body-member slit groove with which a rotation control portion provided in a body member is engaged; the body member has a guidance groove with which the engaging portion is engaged and has the rotation control portion that is engaged with the body portion slit groove on an inner peripheral surface thereof; a screw member in which a screw groove is formed on an inner peripheral surface, the engaging portion being engaged with the screw groove and the dish member being moved in an up/down direction; and a skirt member that is provided in a lower end portion of the body member.

A one-hand lipstick container includes a cylindrical main body extending in axial direction; a cover holder rotatably received on an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical main body via a first screw mechanism therebetween; a cover hinged to the cover holder to open and close an opening at an upper end of the one-hand lipstick container; a lipstick housing rotatably received on an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical main body via a second screw mechanism therebetween, an intermediate member interposed radially between the cylindrical main body and the lipstick housing, the intermediate member including a head and a guide sleeve extending from the head, an upper case affixed to the intermediate member; a bottom case affixed to the cylindrical main body; and a cover guide attached to the head of the intermediate member, the cover guide including a cover guide groove along which the cover is guided.

A dual twist structure, an object ejecting device including the same, and a structure for sealing the same, the dual twist structure including: a housing configured to accommodate a content cartridge therein and having a cam groove provided at a tip thereof; a sleeve coupled to and fitted with the content cartridge and having a cam protrusion formed on an outer portion thereof; and a tubular operation body having a twist cam groove into which the cam protrusion is slidably fitted, and a cam pin protruding and configured to move to a position misaligned with the twist cam groove by being guided by the cam groove, in which the dual twist structure has the two cam grooves.

Disclosed herein are cosmetic dispensers including a base, for example, having a cavity and an interior surface where, in embodiments, the interior surface includes a spiral recess. The cosmetic dispenser may further include a pedestal assembly received within the cavity of the base. The pedestal assembly can include a pedestal having a base plate at a first distal end of the pedestal and a cup member at a second distal end opposite the first distal end. The cup member may be configured to receive a cosmetic that extends above the cup member. The sleeve may be movably received within the cavity, and can include at least one engaging means coupled to the spiral recess. The engaging means may be configured to slide along the spiral recess to raise and lower the sleeve. In embodiments, the sleeve is configured to completely surround the cosmetic in a raised first position, and is configured to at least partially not surround the cosmetic in a lowered second position.

A lipstick container for hot filling with replaceable lipstick assembly includes a base, a fixed tube, a lipstick assembly and a cap. The lipstick assembly includes a support tube, a sleeving tube, and an ascending and descending tube; the fixed tube includes a first axial channel; the support tube includes a second axial channel; the sleeving tube includes a third axial channel; the ascending and descending tube includes a forth axial channel and a spiral groove portion screwed with internal threads of the support tube. The fixed tube is put on the sleeving tube and the ascending and descending tube is disposed through the sleeving tube and the support tube; an end of the sleeving tube urging against the support tube.

A container having: a container body having a stick-type cosmetic material embedded therein; a container cap for opening/closing the container body; a side button provided on a side surface of the container cap; a moving member elastically moving up and down by means of an elastic member on the inside of the container cap, and having a fastening part formed therein; a fixing member for restricting the separation of the moving member from the container cap; and an operating member fastened to or unfastened from the fastening part of the moving member by elastically moving back and forth by means of the button, thereby having a structure in which the fastening of the operating member and the moving member is released so as make the container body, which is inserted into the moving member while the moving member is elastically moved to the lower side.

A refill intended to be removably mounted on an actuation base includes a cosmetic product stick and a sleeve inside which the stick is movably mounted. The sleeve is closed by at least one lid. The refill further includes an actuation unit making it possible for retraction and/or extension of the cosmetic product stick, the sleeve extending along the actuation unit so as to prevent its actuation.
