A deodorant dispensing system is provided. The system includes a reusable deodorant case having a body and a dial rotatably coupled to the body. The body is structured to receive a replaceable deodorant cartridge containing an unused deodorant puck. Operation of the dial along a predetermined rotational direction causes the deodorant puck to dispense for application by a user, whereas operation of the dial along a rotational direction opposite to the predetermined rotational direction causes the deodorant puck to retract within the deodorant cartridge. Operation of the dial in a direction to retract the deodorant puck after the deodorant puck it is fully retracted causes the dial to rotate freely with respect to the body without causing damage to internal components of the deodorant dispensing system.

A dispenser, such as for lip balm, has a casing, a manually operable dispense mechanism with an actuation dial, lip balm in the casing, and a cap for covering a dispense end. The dispense mechanism included a snap-in actuator that interfaces with cantilevered fingers unitary with the casing. Finger tips interface the actuator at a retention flange for rotatably retaining the actuator within the casing, the finger tips further interface with circumferentially spaced ribs or nubs rearward of the flange for providing a user perceivable tactile clicking and/or a variable rotation resistance upon rotation of the dial. The casing having an enlarged dispense end, a narrowed lower waist region, an exterior surface include an overmolded softened high friction gripping surface on the casing. The exterior surface may include light transmissive portions defining indicia that extend into the casing interior.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a cosmetic container. The cosmetic container includes a cosmetic material holder in which a cosmetic material is mounted, a rotary body to which a rotational force is applied from a user, an ascending/descending member configured to ascend or descend due to rotation of the rotary body to control exposure of the cosmetic material, an ascending/descending guide member to which the rotary body is rotatably coupled and which is configured to, during the rotation of the rotary body, prevent rotation of the ascending/descending member and guide vertical movement of the ascending/descending member, and a holder guide member which has a lower end disposed inside the rotary body and an upper end coupled to the cosmetic material holder and which is configured to support the cosmetic material holder, wherein the holder guide member is disposed to be independent of the rotation of the rotary body and prevents rotation of the cosmetic material holder and the cosmetic material during the rotation of the rotary body.

A refillable dispenser including a casing and a platform for receiving consumable material. A knob rotatably mounted at a bottom end of the dispenser is mechanically coupled to the platform such that rotating the knob moves the platform up or down within the dispenser. Gripping arms connected to the platform are configured to flex toward a longitudinal axis and engage the consumable material when the platform is away from a top travel position such that the consumable material is secured to the platform. The gripping arms are configured to flex away from the longitudinal axis and release the consumable material from the platform when the platform is at the top travel position.

A device for applying a transferable substance in stick form, has a substance carrier and a protective sheath for the substance carrier, wherein the substance carrier can be shifted relative to the protective sheath in order for a free end region of the substance to be shifted into a free, projecting position, and also having a protective cap for covering the free end region of the substance in a not-in-use state. The protective sheath and the protective cap are accommodated in a casing part and the protective cap and the protective sheath is displaceable in a displacement direction in the casing part. The casing part has through-passage openings at its opposite ends, as seen in the displacement direction, and the protective cap is connected to the casing part such that it is movable in the displacement direction, but is captive.

A bar-shaped cosmetic housing container includes: a dish member that holds a bar-shaped cosmetic and has an engaging portion; an inner cylinder member that has a dish-member guide groove with which the engaging portion of the dish member is engaged and a body-member slit groove with which a rotation control portion provided in a body member is engaged; the body member has a guidance groove with which the engaging portion is engaged and has the rotation control portion that is engaged with the body portion slit groove on an inner peripheral surface thereof; a screw member in which a screw groove is formed on an inner peripheral surface, the engaging portion being engaged with the screw groove and the dish member being moved in an up/down direction; and a skirt member that is provided in a lower end portion of the body member.

A refill intended to be removably mounted on an actuation base includes a cosmetic product stick and a sleeve inside which the stick is movably mounted. The sleeve is closed by at least one lid. The refill further includes an actuation unit making it possible for retraction and/or extension of the cosmetic product stick, the sleeve extending along the actuation unit so as to prevent its actuation.

Disclosed is a cosmetic stick case using a magnetic force. The cosmetic stick case includes a cosmetic stick body, a cosmetic stick inserted into the cosmetic stick body, and a push button for drawing out the cosmetic stick to an outside by a pressing operation. The cosmetic stick body is provided with a first magnetic force member and the push button is provided with a second magnetic force member so that the push button is fixed without being shaken by the magnetic force.

A cap for a tubular balm dispenser is disclosed. The cap includes a base portion and a sidewall. The sidewall extends perpendicularly from the base portion and defines a recess for receiving a tubular balm dispenser. The cap is open at one end opposite the base portion. The cap is formed from an elastomeric material. The sidewall has an inner sidewall surface removably attachable to the dispenser and configured to resist rotation of the tubular balm dispenser relative to the cap; wherein the elastomeric material provides a friction between the tubular balm dispenser and the cap when the tubular balm dispenser is inserted into the recess and seated against the base portion.

A cosmetic material feeding container includes a cylindrical tube that accommodates a cosmetic material, a leading cylinder to removably accommodate the tube, a container body that is detachably coupled with the leading cylinder, a cylindrical female screw member located inside the container body that is rotationally fixed with the container body, a pusher bar located inside the leading cylinder to push the cosmetic material in an axial direction to an outside of the tube when the pusher bar is rotated to screw into the female screw member, and a rotation stopper member located inside the leading cylinder to rotationally fix the pusher bar relative to the leading cylinder in the circumferential direction. The tube may be replaced when the leading cylinder is detached from the container body.
