Cosmetic compact container provided with dome-shaped refill container cover
The present invention relates to a cosmetic material compact container provided with a dome-shaped refill container cover coupled to a refill container, wherein the refill container cover has a dome shape to minimize the amount of cosmetic material evaporation. Also, a sealing protrusion is provided in all directions at the bottom end of the of the refill container cover to effectively seal a cosmetic material accommodating space in the refill container, thereby allowing the cosmetic material to function effectively for a long time. In addition, a stopper protrusion is formed on a hinge-coupling part on the refill container cover and a stopper hook is formed on a hinge-coupling part on the refill container so that east fixing and coupling is enabled without requiring connection by a hinge pin, thereby reducing the number of parts, and in turn, reducing manufacturing cost and man hours, and ultimately improving production quantity.
Cosmetic case
A cosmetic case including an outer case assembly and an inner disk assembly. The outer case assembly includes a case body and a case cover. the case body includes a first accommodation chamber having an opening. The inner disk assembly includes a disk body, a disk cover, an outer slot, and a seal ring. The disk body includes a second accommodation chamber for accommodating cosmetics. The case cover is hinged to the case body and adapted to open and close the opening of the first accommodation chamber. The inner disk assembly is disposed detachably in the first accommodation chamber. The disk cover is hinged to the disc body and adapted to open and close the opening of the second accommodation chamber. The outer slot is positioned around the outer side wall of the second accommodation chamber and the seal ring is housed in the outer slot.
ONE-TOUCH COMPACT CASE HAVING REFILLABLE STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a compact case including an upper cover unit and a lower body for hermetically accommodating various types of cosmetics in which the upper cover unit and the lower body are combined by a pin. The lower body and the upper cover unit are separably combined by a pin for refilling, the lower body is hermetically sealed with a cut plate that can be cut at the top and with a bottom plate at the bottom after a cosmetic is put into the lower body, and the cut plate is cut and opened for use in a single motion by pulling a ring. Accordingly, the compact case is simply sealed and opened, so efficiency including economical efficiency is improved.
Refillable cosmetic container
A refillable cosmetic container system includes an outer container that can be closed by an optional lid, and an inner cosmetic holding canister that can be removably mounted within the container. A coupling system can be implemented to allow the outer container and the inner canister to be selectively coupled to each other, such as a lug-and-groove interface, latch and catch interface, etc. The coupling system may be configured such that rotation of the inner canister relative to the outer container causes the coupling/decoupling (e.g., locking/unlocking) between the outer container and the inner canister. To aid in selective coupling (e.g., coupling and decoupling) of the inner canister with respect to the outer container, a handle is provided on the inner container. A locking feature may be provided between the handle and the outer container which ensures that the inner canister does not prematurely or unnecessarily dislodge from the outer container.
Airtight cosmetic container
An airtight cosmetic container in which an inner container (200) and an inner cover (300) can be airtightly sealed without using a separate rubber seal while compensating for a diameter deviation caused by a molding error of the inner cover (300). The inner container (200) includes a packing case (220) in which a cosmetic tray is installed, and which includes inner and outer elastic sidewalls (222, 223) that form a seal groove (221) therebetween, so a sealing rib (320) of the inner cover (300) is inserted into the seal groove (221), with inner and outer curved protrusions (222a, 223a) protruding toward each other on opposed surfaces of the inner and outer elastic sidewalls so as to come into elastic close contact with the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the sealing rib (320) inserted in the seal groove (221), thereby realizing an airtight sealing effect.
COSMETIC CONTAINER HAVING AIR ENTRANCE/EXIT UNIT
Provided is a cosmetic container having an air entrance/exit unit, in which an outer container lid is opened/closed in an outer container, and a cosmetic container in which a sealing lid is opened/closed is coupled to an inside of the outer container, wherein an air entrance/exit unit is installed in a rectangular hole formed at a portion of an outer wall of the cosmetic container, and the air entrance/exit unit includes a stopping protrusion protruding from an outer periphery of a hinge piece of the outer container lid, a rectangular rubber member inserted into the rectangular hole of the cosmetic container, and an air entrance/exit member inserted into a central hole of the rectangular rubber member.
Cosmetic Box and Usage Method of Putting Plastic Pin to Pivotally Couple Cover and Base Thereof
A cosmetic box includes a cover including a block on an underside, the block having an axial channel; a base including a groove on one side, the groove being complimentarily shaped to the block, and two opposite through apertures, each extending from an outer surface of the base to either end of the groove; and at least one plastic pin including two convex portions at two ends respectively, and two transitional members, each around the convex portion. The block is disposed in the groove. The at least one plastic pin is inserted through one through aperture, the axial channel, and the other through aperture to pivotally couple the cover and the base together.
COMPACT COSMETIC CONTAINE
A compact cosmetic container in which a cosmetic material is taken out through a sifter having a mesh using a cosmetic-applying tool, such as a puff. The sifter is reliably and hermetically coupled to an inner container in which a wet power cosmetic is accommodated. When a lid is closed, a discharge-hole formed in a frame of the sifter is efficiently closed to be airtight by a hermetic packing. The cosmetic material is prevented from leaking while the cosmetic container is carried for use. The cosmetic-applying tool provided integrally on the compact cosmetic container can significantly improve the convenience of use.
COMPACT CONTAINER HAVING BUTTON INTEGRALLY FORMED THEREON
A compact container having a button integrally formed thereon includes: the button integrally formed on a main container body; gaps formed at either side of a pressing part; a groove formed in the outer side of a connecting part, which connects the pressing part and the main container body, so that the pressing part can elastically move back and forth so as to allow a lid to be opened by easily pressing the pressing part and not require the structure of separately assembling the button into the main container body; and a tension bar integrally formed at the upper hinge part of a container lid so that when the container lid is closed, the tension bar presses the upper end of the main container body so as to allow the container lid to be elastically opened, without forming a separate elastic member, thereby enhancing usability and reducing production costs.
