The present disclosure relates to a hydrogen peroxide vapor decomposition and detoxification system including a hydrogen peroxide vapor suction unit which sucks hydrogen peroxide vapor in a target space to be sterilized, a hydrogen peroxide vapor decomposition and detoxification unit which decomposes the sucked hydrogen peroxide vapor, a vapor discharge unit which discharges decomposition products of the hydrogen peroxide vapor, and a control unit which controls an amount of vapor suction of the vapor suction unit, decomposition and detoxification of the hydrogen peroxide vapor decomposition and detoxification unit, and the vapor discharge unit.
AQUEOUS HYDROGEN PEROXIDE PURIFICATION METHOD AND PURIFICATION SYSTEM
A purification method for an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, includes passing the aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution through a first H-form strong cation exchange resin column 1, a salt-form strong anion exchange resin column 2 and a second H-form strong cation exchange resin column 3. An H-form strong cation exchange resin having crosslinking of 6% or less, an H-form strong cation exchange resin having crosslinking of 9% or more, or an H-form strong cation exchange resin produced by steps (a) and (b) is used as an H-form strong cation exchange resin packed in the second H-form strong cation exchange resin column 3: (a) copolymerizing a monovinyl aromatic monomer with a crosslinkable aromatic monomer having a non-polymerizable impurity content of 3% by weight or less therein using a predetermined amount of a specified radical polymerization initiator at a predetermined polymerization temperature to obtain a crosslinked copolymer; and (b) sulfonating the crosslinked copolymer.

A process includes preparing a crude aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution by auto-oxidation of at least one alkylanthraquinone in a working solution that includes at least one organic solvent and the at least one alkylanthraquinone; and washing the crude aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution with a mixture of at least one organic solvent and an organophosphorous chelating agent to create a purified aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution having less than 100 ppb Cr; wherein the organic solvent used for the washing is not part of the working solution and is not recycled into it.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING PURIFIED AQUEOUS HYDROGEN PEROXIDE SOLUTION
Provided is a method for producing aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, the method capable of reducing impurities such as organic substances and preventing the occurrence of foaming and odor. The solution for the aforementioned problems is a method for producing a purified aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, the method including a predetermined osmosis membrane treatment process of bringing a crude aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution containing impurities into contact with a reverse osmosis membrane. That is, the aforementioned problems are solved by a method for producing a purified aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, in which a first integrated value that is the integrated value of the pressure and the linear velocity are adjusted so that the pressure of reverse osmosis membrane (MPaG) and the linear velocity of the aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution (m.sup.3/(m.sup.2.Math.h)) is less than 0.15 in the osmosis membrane treatment process.
