A cosmetic package for applying a product including a cosmetic, care or pharmaceutical product onto the keratinous substrate comprises a receptacle and a cosmetic applicator. The cosmetic applicator comprises an applicator head, a stem and a closure. The applicator head further comprises a connecting member, an applying member and a rivet member. The connecting member further comprises a shank portion at a proximal portion thereof, a locking portion at a distal portion thereof, and a flexing portion which extends between the shank portion and the locking portion. The applying member rotates with respect to the stem and the flexible portion of the applicator head flexes during application of the cosmetic product onto the keratinous substrate.

A frozen serum and applicator thereof may include a mold having a first half releasably engaged with a second half. When engaged, the first half and the second half may form a reservoir therebetween to accept a volume of a serum. The serum may be frozen within the mold to produce a frozen serum having at least one receiver molded thereon to releasable engage with an applicator configured to permit the frozen serum to be rolled. The energy form is applied to the surface during or after the substance has been applied to the surface. A design for the shape of the enclosure and features included in the enclosure for the device are disclosed which enhances the drying efficiency.

An applicator head is releasably connectable to an outer housing of an apparatus for treating human skin includes a body having a housing connector end having a releasable connecting feature configured to connect to the outer housing and a skin engaging end having an opening therethrough for delivering a skin treatment composition through an opening in the applicator head onto human skin. A device for treating human keratinous material, in particular with the aid of an electric current. The device includes a reservoir containing a composition, in particular cosmetic or dermatological, to be applied to the keratinous material, and an end fitting for the application of the composition contained in the reservoir, the end fitting comprising a plurality of application members and a distributor. The distributor includes at least one storage cavity for the composition and supply orifices to conduct the composition from the storage cavity or cavities to the application members, and the distributor being configured so that the flow rate of the composition arriving at the application members is identical to within 20% for at least two application members, better for each application member.
