A mascara application system includes two brushes on arms or wands. A manufacturing approach is included. Wands are biased together, requiring force to separate brushes to place brushes on opposite sides (surfaces, top and bottom) of an eyelash. Upon release of the force brushes remain in contact with no affirmative force required to keep them together. During application of mascara, a user's fingers remain free to manipulate the position and movement of the brushes by holding, rolling, drawing, or otherwise controlling the handle to which the wands anchor. Brushes may be the same or different sizes, on simple, cantilevered arms or in a crossed (reverse tweezers) configuration. A reservoir of mascara product may receive, and seal by means of engaging, the applicator without relative rotation.

An applicator for applying an eyelash cosmetic including a body and protuberances having a free end and arranged so as to be movable relative to the body between a retracted position and an extended position, in which the protuberances extend outward from the body further than in the retracted position. The applicator is designed such that every free end moving from the retracted to the extended position follows a path that is transversal to a longitudinal axis of the applicator.

Described in detail herein include an ovoid or egg-shaped container for housing, storing, and packaging cosmetics and similar items and substances. The bottom of the ovoid shape is slightly flattened in order for the container to stand upright on the surface of which it resides. The container is transversally sliced multiple times yielding separate layers that fasten together in a parallel direction to one another and also detach or unfasten from each other. A makeup storage and application system is disclosed herein. The makeup storage and application system includes a makeup storage and application assembly having a makeup palette for holding, a base powder, a wax, a cream, and at least one pigment. The makeup palette holds the base powder, the wax, the cream and at least one pigment. The at least one pigment is able to be interchangeably mixed from the makeup palette with the base powder, the wax, and the cream to create a customized makeup for a user.

The applicator assembly delivers a cosmetic, health, or hygiene chemical composition in an active state to the user for a disposable single use. The applicator assembly includes a wrapper, and an insert. The insert holds the chemical composition, and the insert is made of a foam composition compatible with the chemical composition. The system and method for manufacturing the assembly is a web conversion process for the chemical composition and foam composition of the assembly. The applicator assembly includes the wrapper formed by a top sheet and a bottom sheet, and an insert formed by an insert body with a handle portion and an applicator portion and the chemical composition.

The present invention includes a finger-insertion mascara container having an eccentrically formed brush rod, the container having a structure in which: a packing is coupled to an upper opening of a container body for accommodating a mascara liquid; a wiper is coupled to the lower part of the packing and has an eccentric brush rod insertion hole formed to be eccentrically lopsided; a finger insertion member is inserted into the wiper; forms a finger insertion space, and has an eccentric brush rod coupling part formed to be eccentrically lopsided at the lower side thereof; and a brush rod having a brush is coupled to the eccentric brush rod coupling part.

A mascara application device, comprising a container for mascara a manually operable actuator, feed mechanism carried by the container to feed mascara to a loading station, in response to operation of the actuator, a belt having applicator brushes to receive mascara at the loading station as the actuator is operated, guide means to guide actuator induced belt displacement relative to the container to position the brushes for mascara application to eye lashes.
