The present disclosure relates to a smart-mirror display system, and more specifically, to a display device that provides feedback regarding the application of cosmetics. In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a smart mirror system comprising: a display; and a processor communicative with the display, the processor operative to perform the following: receive a cosmetic profile, process the cosmetic profile, and output an image of a cosmetic applied to the face of a user in the display corresponding to the cosmetic profile.
