More specifically, the sealed lipstick case includes: a lipstick lift part (10) enabling a lipstick (R) to be raised and lowered; a lower main body (20) to which a lower inner circumferential surface of the lipstick lift part (10) is coupled; and an upper cap (30) coupled to an upper outer circumferential surface of the lower main body (20), wherein the upper cap has an inner cap provided thereinside being in close contact with an upper part of the lower main body by a spring elastic force, and an inner hook for preventing the inner cap from being separated.

The container for cosmetic product, refillable and suitable for use on the go, includes a base housing a fixed interior wall arrangement in which is embedded a removable pan containing the product. An upper opening of the wall arrangement is delimited by a peripheral edge which rises from a partitioning side wall to a peripheral wall of the base. A vertical cross-section of a mouth of the opening forms an upwardly convex curve. The packing has a first concave portion formed on the outer rim of the upper surface, a second concave portion formed on the lower surface sharing a bottom with the first concave portion, and a bent portion radially outboard of the center of the packing and radially inboard of the first and second concave portions are formed, to generate stress that widens the first concave portion and narrows the second concave portion when the cap is attached and the inner surface of the second concave portion is contacted against the mouth of the opening of the neck.

A sampler for fragrance or cosmetic powdery material such as make up, blush, eyeshadow, and the like. The powder can be dispersed in a liquid such as a fragrance or a volatile solvent before application to a bottom layer. The solvent is removed before a top layer is applied over the sample optionally without an intermediate layer. A peripheral seal such as a repositionable glue or heat-seal, or both, is formed between the top and the bottom layers. The seal is separable by a user pulling on a tab located on one side to expose the face of the bottom and to allow the material to be sampled. The sampler has a slim profile, which can be efficiently manufactured with a roller application process, and is particularly suited for placement in magazines, flyers, newspapers, postcards, and the like.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having a discharge hole automatically opened/closed by an overcap, the cosmetic container comprising: a container body for containing a cosmetic material; and an overcap for opening/closing the container body. The container body comprises a shoulder coupled to an entrance portion thereof and having a first discharge hole, wherein an operation member is configured to be horizontally contracted by the overcap and an opening/closing member is configured to open/close the first discharge hole of the shoulder while being vertically moved by the operation member. When the overcap is put on, the operation member is pushed into the shoulder by the inner periphery of the overcap, and the opening/closing member is pushed downward simultaneously by the operation member to automatically open/close the first discharge hole of the shoulder, thereby easily sealing the container body.

A device for dispensing and applying a cosmetic product, the device includes a product dispensing assembly, an applicator which is configured to be coupled within an upper chamber of the product dispensing assembly in a removable manner, and a cap which is configured to be removably engaged with the product dispensing assembly for covering the applicator and the product dispensing assembly when the device is not in use. The applicator comprises an applicator element which is in contact with an intermediate receiving surface of the dispensing head of the product dispensing assembly. At least a portion of the applicator is placed in contact with the product delivered through at least one outlet of the dispensing head when the product dispensing assembly is actuated. Preferably, the product at least partially impregnates the applicator element when the product contacts the applicator element.

A cushion compact container includes an outer shell component and an inner case component placed inside the outer shell component. The inner case component includes an inner cover and an inner case. A sealable container for a volatile composition for use in a compact case, having a container having an upper rim and outer thread segments, a compact cover having an annular wall having inner thread segments, and an annular seal disposed between the upper rim of the container and a cover plate of the compact cover. The annular seal has a seal plate having an upper surface, and a seat seal ring that registers with the seal plate and engages the upper rim of the container when the compact covers the container. The seal plate includes a means for preventing the rotative force applied to the upper surface of the seal plate when rotating the compact cover to the second rotated position, to be downward onto the seat seal ring, to prevent tearing, bunching and deforming of the seat seal ring.

A cap can be configured to engage with cosmetic application devices (also referred to as “applicators” or “cosmetic implements”) of various sizes. The cap may include a rigid housing and a flexible body within the rigid housing comprised of elastic material. The flexible body includes a cavity that extends from an opening in the proximal end portion toward the distal end portion of the cap and varies in diameter along its length. The cap may receive an application segment of an applicator through the opening, and the inner surface of the cap can apply pressure to a surface of the applicator to form a seal between the applicator and the cap. The seal between the applicator and the cap protects the application segment from dust and debris and prevents fluid in the applicator segment from drying or hardening.
