Gel Polish Color Indicating and Dispensing Pen and Method of Application
20190307225 · 2019-10-10 ·

A gel polish color indicating and dispensing pen and method of application stores and dispenses a gel polish having a unique color from a pen that is easy to grip and manipulate. The pen provides an interior transparent tube that stores the gel polish while enabling a clear view of the color of the gel polish through a transparent sidewall when the dispensing tip of the pen is uncapped. A dispensing tip is in fluid communication with the gel polish. A cap detachably encapsulates the dispensing tip. An exterior opaque tube is used for labeling of the gel polish, and for covering the interior transparent tube. The exterior opaque tube comprises an ornamental window that enables viewing of the color of the gel polish when the dispensing tip is capped. A UV coating or lens may overlay the window to reduce damage to the gel polish from light waves.

CAPPING STRUCTURE AND CONTAINER HAVING THE SAME

A capping structure includes a tubular shell and a cap window. The cap window is transparent and engages with an inner sidewall of the tubular shell. The cap window includes a cover and a brace. The cover is disposed at an opening of the tubular shell, and the brace protrudes from the cover and has at least a surface being parallel to the inner sidewall of the tubular shell. A container that includes the capping structure is also provided.

Casing for a cosmetic article

A casing for a cosmetic article has a base having an inner surface which accommodates a mirror. A lid is rotatably and directly mounted to the base, the lid being rotatable, relative to the base, between a closed position and an opened position. An intermediate tray is located between the base and the lid for accommodating the cosmetic article and covering the whole base, the intermediate tray being slidably mounted to the base so as to be movable relative to the base between a retracted position, in which the intermediate tray substantially covers the inner surface of the base, and an extended position, in which the intermediate tray exposes the inner surface of the base. The intermediate tray being further rotatably or slidably mounted to the lid so as to be movable relative to the lid. Rotation of the lid from the closed position to the open position causes the tray to slide from the retracted position to the extended position.

A compact system to mix and create color materials is disclosed. The present invention generally related to a color creative system, in which a particular system is capable to create a final mix color of materials from multiple material reservoirs and dispensing the mixed color of material via applicator of choices, all in a single system that can be as small as a pen or a person's thumb or larger as desired. The system is manually operated.

NETWORK-CONNECTED CAP FOR A CONTAINER
20190259265 · 2019-08-22 ·

Network-connected (i.e., smart) containers are described herein that include an electronic display on which personalized information can be presented. For example, the electronic display (and other necessary components, such as memory, processors, and communication modules) can be integrated into the cap or the body of a container, which holds a skin care product (e.g., a medication or a personal care product, such as a cosmetic) that is applied by the user as part of a skin care regimen. More specifically, a smart container can include an electronic display that presents relevant information to a user for review. Such information can include the name of the skin care product, textual instructions for complying with a skin care regimen, animations illustrating how to apply the skin care product, user information, messages (e.g., text messages delivered via a cloud service), notifications, and device information (e.g., battery status and network connectivity status).

A receptacle for dispensing cosmetic product can include a one-piece assembly comprising a base and a cover movable in rotation, connected to the base by a first pin-less pivot connection, an intermediate movable platform for holding the bucket in position, located between the base and the cover, this platform being removably attached to the base. The assembly and the platform can be made from the same plastic material. The platform can include a stationary portion in contact with the base, and a movable portion connected to the stationary portion by a second pin-less pivot connection. The movable portion can rotate relative to the stationary portion and assume said open and closed positions.

ASSEMBLY FOR DISPENSING A FLUID PRODUCT
20190116960 · 2019-04-25 · ·

A fluid dispenser assembly having a fluid reservoir (R), a dispenser member (5), and a dispenser orifice (62). The fluid reservoir (R) includes a piston (42) movable in leaktight sliding contact in a slide cylinder (41) over a maximum stroke between a start position that corresponds to a substantially full state of the reservoir, and an end position that corresponds to a substantially empty state of the reservoir. The dispenser assembly has a detector (35) arranged outside the fluid reservoir (R) and acts remotely to detect a determined physical property that enters into a small detection field that covers an alert position of the piston that is closer to the end position than to the start position. The piston (42) carries the detectable determined physical property and the detector (35) delivers, in response to a detection of the physical property, at least one alert signal perceptible to a user.
