The curved, multi-layered upper portion comprising: i) an interior layer having an outer surface that identifies the lip balm flavor contained in the lip balm receptacle; and ii) an exterior layer. The exterior layer may have a) an outer surface with a different texture, material, or visual appearance than the outer surface of the interior layer; and b) a durable cutout design that comprises at least one aperture through said exterior layer exposing the outer surface of the interior layer.

The lid assemblies and the base assembly are pivotably coupled with one or more hinge assemblies. Each hinge assembly may be positioned and secured within recesses of the lid assembly and the base assembly such that the cosmetic container can lie flat on a level surface in an open configuration. A refillable cosmetic product container device that is configured to receive a refill configured to contain the cosmetic product by an opening in order to put it in place in a reception volume defined by an inside wall of the casing. The inside wall has, over at least part of its surface, a member made of elastomer material connected to the casing and which is at least partly in relief relative to the inside wall of the casing. The casing thus formed is able to hold a refill in the reception volume, by virtue of the members in relief of elastomer material formed on the inside wall of the casing. The invention also relates to a casing for a cosmetic product container device comprising a casing and such a refill.

A device for dispensing and applying a cosmetic product, the device includes a product dispensing assembly, an applicator which is configured to be coupled within an upper chamber of the product dispensing assembly in a removable manner, and a cap which is configured to be removably engaged with the product dispensing assembly for covering the applicator and the product dispensing assembly when the device is not in use. The applicator comprises an applicator element which is in contact with an intermediate receiving surface of the dispensing head of the product dispensing assembly. At least a portion of the applicator is placed in contact with the product delivered through at least one outlet of the dispensing head when the product dispensing assembly is actuated. Preferably, the product at least partially impregnates the applicator element when the product contacts the applicator element.

Embodiments described herein relate to a jar and lid combination with a jar body and a threadably-attachable jar lid, where the jar lid has a translucent window. Certain embodiments provide a structure for the windowed jar lid and jar body, so that the jar can contain fine powder without leakage, and without the need for a separate sealing layer adhered to the rim of the jar prior to securing the lid to the jar. Other embodiments relate to structures and methods for use by which a logo can be printed on the jar lid window, and then mechanically secured to the jar body, such that the logo is correctly aligned with the printed information on the front of the jar.

A human-portable rotatable cosmetic dispenser (10, 30, 50). Dispensers (22, 32, 58) for a cosmetic product (26) are supported by a rotor (16, 34, 56) which can be spun about a base (14, 38, 52). The base and rotor combination may be formed as a fidget spinner (12).

Disclosed is a container for a pump dispenser, the container including: a body defining a chamber for storing a product and defining an opening at a first end of the chamber through which the product is dispensable from the chamber; and a protrusion extending from the body into the chamber at a second end of the chamber opposite from the first end of the chamber, the protrusion having a sharp distal end in the chamber. Also disclosed is a refill container including a body enveloping a cavity storing an oral, personal or home care composition, wherein the composition includes water in an amount of less than 98% by weight, based on a total weight of the composition.
