Applicator
An applicator used for evenly spreading a cream from a tube to which the applicator is attached. The applicator has a base unit that fits over the opening in the tube of cream and directs the cream through a hole in applicator unit, which is the upper part of the invention. The applicator unit has a spreader, which evenly distributes the cream onto a non-planar surface. The spreader is made from flexible, resilient material, and has a tip and wings that emanate out from the hole in the top of the spreader. When the applicator is used to spread cream in a crevice, the tip retains any excess cream behind it, and the wings bend back and evenly spread the cream along the sides of the crevice. The wings have side bevels that remove any sharp edges on the wings.
HAIR TREATMENT METHOD
A hair treatment method, including the step of spraying onto the hair a composition for changing the form of the hair, notably a permanent-waving or curl-reducing composition, using a device, called a low flowrate device, comprising at least two nozzles oriented such that their respective jets collide, these nozzles being supplied with said composition at pressure, the total flowrate of composition delivered by the nozzles being between 0.1 and 3 L/min, preferably between 0.2 and 2 L/min, and even more preferably between 0.3 and 1 L/min.
Skin treatment systems and methods
Devices for treating a subject's skin or lips and more particularly to device that enhances absorption of treatment media into tissue for cosmetic and therapeutic purposes.
DROPPER PACKAGE FOR DISPENSING A FLUID PRODUCT
A dropper package for dispensing and applying a fluid product, comprising a container body for storing the fluid product and a dropper assembly coupled to one end of the container body. The dropper assembly comprises a deformable bulb, a tube with its proximal end connected to the deformable bulb, and an applicator tip connected to a distal end of the tube. The applicator tip comprises a shank portion and an applying member that has two opposing main application faces. The applicator tip includes a groove on its outer surface that extends from a proximal end of the shank portion to at least a length of the applying member on one of the two opposing main application faces. The applying member is adapted to apply and dispense the fluid product in a very controlled manner as well as massage the user's keratinous surface.
AUTOMATED NAIL POLISH APPLICATION APPARATUS
A nail polish application apparatus, comprising a mounting element comprising a capsule compartment adapted to receive one or more capsules containing a nail polish fluid wherein the mounting element is moveable by actuator(s) in longitudinal axis crossing a nail polish applying space and in lateral axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and is rotatable by the actuator(s) around the longitudinal axis, a pressure applying element adapted to apply pressure on a body portion of the capsule(s) installed in the capsule compartment wherein the body portion defines a reservoir containing a nail polish fluid, the pressure builds an internal pressure in the reservoir forcing extrusion of the nail polish fluid to a nail polish applying element integrated with the capsule(s), sensor(s) adapted to generate sensory data depicting the nail polish applying space and a control unit adapted to operate the actuator(s) and the pressure according to analysis of the sensory data.
Nail polish kit for use by an automated nail polish application apparatus
A kit for usage by a nail polish application apparatus, the kit comprising one or more nail polish capsules. Each of the nail polish capsule(s) comprises a body portion defining a reservoir containing a nail polish fluid and a non-screw detachable cover having an integrated nail polish applying element. The non-screw detachable cover is mechanically coupled to an upper face of the body portion to seal an opening in the upper face.
Container and dispenser system and apparatus
An apparatus and system including: a top cap comprising a press button; a pump actuator partially disposed in the top cap, where a depression of the press button actuates the pump actuator; a front plate comprising a nozzle opening disposed proximate a first end of the front plate, where the front plate is attached to the top cap; a front nozzle attached to the pump actuator and disposed through the nozzle opening in the front plate; an indentation on a top surface of the front plate, where the front nozzle is angled to disperse a liquid onto the indentation; and a bottle attached to the pump actuator, wherein the bottle is configured to contain the liquid.
Liquid object detector and liquid object detecting method
A liquid object detector (160) includes a liquid object dispensing part (500), a sensor (161, 162, 163) configured to detect a liquid object dispensed by the liquid object dispensing part, and a sensor moving part (130, 165) configured to move the sensor in a direction crossing a dispensing direction of the liquid object.
DEVICE FOR APPLYING AND REMOVING NAIL POLISH
A device for applying or removing nail polish or nail art has a replaceable cartridge with a distal end removably coupleable to a proximal end of a handle. The cartridge has a reservoir that contains a liquid, such as nail polish or nail polish remover and a flow control member (e.g., valve) actuatable to allow flow of the liquid out of the distal end of the cartridge. The handle has a flow path therethrough that extends between its proximal end to an applicator implement (e.g., brush, sponge) attached to its distal end, the flow path in fluid communication with the flow control member when the cartridge is coupled to the handle. Selective actuation of the flow control member by the user (e.g., by squeezing the cartridge) allows fluid to flow out the reservoir and through the flow path in the handle to the applicator implement for application of the fluid by the user to a finger or toe nail.
Dermatologic lubricant dispenser and buffing applicator
A hand-held device includes a handle and a housing operatively connected to the handle. The housing includes a first portion and a second portion. A cartridge is inside the second portion of the housing. The cartridge is adapted to contain a bio-safe lubricant. An applicator head having a smooth surface is attached to the first portion of the housing. A nozzle is operatively connected to the cartridge and extends through the applicator head. The nozzle discharges the lubricant out from the applicator head. A rod is in the cartridge. A plate is connected to the rod and positioned in the cartridge. A first motor is in the first portion and drives motion of the applicator head. A second motor is operatively connected to the rod. The second motor drives motion of the rod in the cartridge. The rod drives motion of the plate in the cartridge.
